Youth Fitness


The Carolina Panthers are recognized as an NFL leader in youth health and fitness programs. The team offers a variety of programs designed to help children establish positive health and fitness habits and curb the rise in childhood obesity. The Panthers support the NFL’s Play 60 initiative, which encourages children to get at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day.

Youth Fitness Programs

  • Fit Squad

    The Fit Squad is dedicated to health, fitness and fun with the goal of getting elementary school students excited about exercising with fun and creative activities.

  • Play 60

    Play 60 is a health and fitness initiative that encourages children to get 60 minutes of exercise each day and inspires kids to play well and eat better.

  • Junior Training Camp

    Carolina Panthers Junior Training Camp brings the experience of an NFL Training Camp to children in an effort to increase their interest in team sports and inspire them to become physically fit.

  • Fit Blitz

    The Fit Blitz features a HOPSports fitness system and a dedicated cargo van to transport the equipment for use at middle school events throughout the year.

  • Let Us Play Sports Camp

    The Let Us Play Sports Camp for Girls introduces the concepts of team sports and fitness programs and exposes the girls to new sports and fitness activities.
