The Carolina Panthers are strong supporters of youth football in North and South Carolina and are committed to providing programs and resources which enable youth across the region opportunities to play and enjoy the sport of football at the grassroots level.

Challenger Flag Football League
The Challenger Flag Football League gives children and young adults with disabilities the chance to participate in a league that allows them to play football and cheer in a safe, structured and team environment.

Highlight Heroes
Highlight Heroes feature youth football highlights from North and South Carolina and are played on PantherVision at every Panthers home game.

Little Panthers Game of the Week
The Little Panthers Game of the Week is a seasonal television series that gives youth football teams and cheer squads the thrill of playing in a televised game.

NFL Flag Saturday
The Carolina Panthers give area NFL Flag teams the opportunity to "play where the pros practice" by allowing them to have their games on the Panthers practice fields adjacent to Bank of America Stadium.

Play Football Month
The Panthers celebrate the start of the football season with USA Football Month, honoring youth football players, cheerleaders, coaches and volunteers.

Youth Cheer Squad of the Week
The Panthers select one cheer squad each week during the NFL season as the Youth Cheer Squad of the Week and feature their accomplishments and photo on Panthers.com. Nominate your cheer squad.

The Coach of the Week program recognizes coaches who, through their hard work and dedication, have made a difference in the lives of their players and impacted youth football through their volunteer efforts.
