NORWELL NAMED TO ALL-UNDER-25 TEAM: Panthers guard Andrew Norwell is among the players included on Eliot Harrison's All-Under-25 Team on NFL.com. A total of 26 players make up the list, which Harrison bills as the next generation of NFL stars. Harrison notes that a secret to the Panthers' 2015 success was stronger play along the offensive line, and Norwell was a big part of that improvement. Norwell allowed only two sacks last season and helped contribute to Carolina's league-leading rushing offense. READ MORE

ALLEN ON CAROLINA'S CULTURE: Recently retired defensive end Jared Allen offered strong praise for a positive culture the Panthers organization has worked to develop. "There's zero drama. Zero. I mean, I've never been on a team where there's zero locker room drama at all," Allen said. "And the veterans have done such a good job ... the young guys make it easy to lead because they follow.
