Accessible Seating

Bank of America Stadium has been designed to provide easy access for guests with disabilities. Our stadium recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and continues to make every effort to comply with both ADA and state accessibility mandates. In addition, Bank of America Stadium strives to further accommodate the individual needs of guests with disabilities.

Assistive Listening Devices

Headsets and receivers for multi-channel LPB Radio Aide are available for no charge at the Guest Relations Booth on the 100 level at the North Gate. Either a driver license or credit card will be required as a deposit.

Concession and Novelty Stands

Concession and novelty stands are located throughout the concourse areas. All stands are accessible to guests with disabilities.


Elevators are available for guests with physical challenges and their immediate party. Patrons with physical challenges do not need a pass to ride the elevator. Elevators are located at the North, East and South gates.

Emergency Care

In the event of a medical emergency, please notify one of the event staff or police officers in your area. Carolinas HealthCare System emergency care stations are located in Bank of America Stadium on the 100 level across from sections 109-110 and 133-134 and on the 500 level across from sections 511-512 and 543-544. Registered nurses, doctors and paramedic units are on duty.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures

In the event of a stadium evacuation, stadium personnel and police officers will be available to assist all guests with disabilities.

Entering the Stadium

The three stadium entrance gates (North, East and South) are equipped for accommodating guests with disabilities. If you have a bag subject to inspection, proceed to the extreme right or extreme left side at the North and East gates or to the extreme right sideat the South gate as you enter the stadium, and a stadium employee will assist you. If you do not have a bag, proceed to the middle of any gate, and a stadium employee will assist you. Once inside the stadium, Guest Relations Booths can help you or answer any questions. Wheelchairs are available at Guest Relations Booths but are only available to escort you to your seat. If you need a wheelchair throughout the game, please bring one with you.

Parking Shuttle for Fans with Disabilities

Bank of America Stadium does not have reserved handicap parking. Carolinas Medical Center, located at 1000 Blythe Boulevard in Charlotte, provides a game day shuttle for guests with disabilities for Panthers games only. An accessible parking placard is required to use the service. Patrons using the service should park in Lot B at Carolinas Medical Center. It is the first lot on the right off Medical Center Drive, which is the main entrance to Carolinas Medical Center. Tailgating is not permitted in this lot. A police officer will be on duty in the lot to provide security.

You and your companions will be shuttled to the intersection of Mint, Stonewall and Graham streets adjacent to Bank of America Stadium. Guests will receive a wristband that will allow them to enter the stadium through the Team Store entrance after being screened in the Silver Club area. Guests should return to this same location at the end of the game to be shuttled back. The cost of the service is $40 per vehicle and begins approximately two hours prior to kickoff.

Drop-Off Zone for Fans with Disabilities

A drop-off/pick-up area for fans with disabilities only has been established in the curb lane of westbound Morehead Street between Church and Mint streets. For more information about the drop-off zone, please call 704-358-7275.

Restroom Facilities

Bank of America Stadium has 95 restrooms, 36 men's, 36 women's, and 23 family restrooms. All restrooms are accessible to guests with disabilities. Diaper changing tables are available in the family restrooms.

Service Animals

Only service animals for guests with disabilities are allowed in Bank of America Stadium. Please consult the nearest guestrelations representative for additional information.

Single Game Tickets

A limited number of single-game tickets are available each year. Designated accessible wheelchair seating is located throughout the stadium. The sections are 105, 118, 125 and 138 in the lower bowl and 522, 525, 531 and 534 in the upper level.

Single-game accessible wheelchair seating is sold on a first come, first served basis. Tickets can be purchased one of four ways: online at www.ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone, Ticketmaster Ticket Centers and Carolina Panthers Ticket Office, which is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturdays prior to home games from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Purchase restrictions apply.

Ticket Exchange

Should a patron need accessible wheelchair seating, arrangements can be made through the Carolina Panthers Ticket Office.

If the tickets have been purchased through Ticketmaster, the individual must request accessible wheelchair seating through the manner in which the tickets are originally purchased. Additionally, it is at the discretion of Ticketmaster and availability of accessible wheelchair seating whether or not the request is honored.

For season tickets, the account holder must be present in order to exchange the season tickets. Ticket exchange is subject to availability. Contact the Carolina Panthers Ticket Office at 704-358-7800 prior to game day or as soon as you know when you will need assistance.
