The NFL has instructed the Carolina Panthers to send out postseason ticket information and invoices in the event the team qualifies for the playoffs. Given the logistics of potentially hosting a playoff game(s), the NFL has established a deadline of Dec. 18, 2013 to remit your payment.
The Panthers are competing, along with several other NFC teams, for a postseason berth. Due to the competitiveness of the NFC, the teams qualifying for the playoffs may not be determined until the final week of the regular season.
THREE CONVENIENT PAYMENT OPTIONS
You may pay your playoff ticket invoice one of the following ways. The payment due date is Dec. 18, 2013.
Option #1 - Online Pay as we Play
By selecting the "Pay as we Play" option, you are registering your credit card to be charged if the Panthers host a home playoff game(s). Please note that you must enroll by Dec. 18, 2013, and your credit card must have an expiration date of 02/14 or beyond.
To enroll, visit My Panthers Account, select the "Pay as we Play" option and follow the prompts. Once a home playoff game is confirmed, the credit card you registered will be charged for the full cost of Game 1 tickets. Should the Panthers host a second playoff game, the same credit card will be charged.
Option #2 - Online Payment In Full
Full payment for the total amount invoiced may be made online by visiting My Panthers Account and selecting the "Pay In Full" option. Payment is due by Dec. 18, 2013.
Option #3 - Payment In Full By Mail
Full payment for the total amount invoiced may be made by mail and submitted to the address indicated on your invoice. Full payment of the invoiced amount must be received by Dec. 18, 2013.
Your invoice reflects ticket prices for NFL Divisional and Championship games. Should the Panthers play in the Wild Card game instead of the Divisional game, the price of your tickets will be reduced to reflect the Wild Card game. If you select a "Pay In Full" option, you will receive a credit for the difference in ticket price toward your 2014 season ticket invoice. If you enroll in "Pay as we Play," your credit card will be charged the correct amount for the game(s) the Panthers play at home. The Panthers can only have two home playoff games, thus you cannot be charged for all three games.
Additional updates regarding invoicing, game dates and times, ticket mailings and general playoff information will be sent via the Carolina Panthers e-connect program. Log in to My Panthers Account and make sure your e-mail address is correct for the most up-to-date playoff information. If you have unsubscribed from the e-connect program, you may re-enroll by contacting the Panthers Ticket Office at 704-358-7800 or sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Forward Your Tickets
Now you can e-mail your tickets to virtually anyone up to four (4) hours before the game via ticket forwarding. This service allows you to e-mail tickets to friends, family or clients when you can't attend a game. Simply log in to your personal account and choose the ticket or group of tickets you wish to send, enter the recipient's information and select Forward. Avoid the hassle of overnight mail, in-person delivery or Will Call and start enjoying the benefits of this service.
How it works - Every ticket on your account carries a unique bar code, ensuring that they are authentic. During the forwarding process, the bar code on your original ticket is canceled and the original ticket is no longer valid. The recipient is e-mailed a new ticket with a unique bar code that has been electronically issued. This new ticket can be printed using any standard printer.
What is the fee? Ticket forwarding is an inexpensive alternative to overnight delivery and courier services. For a nominal fee of $1.95 per ticket, you can enjoy the convenience of this innovative technology that provides a secure alternative method to ensure your tickets get used.
Update Account Information
With online access to your Panthers season ticket account, you can easily update your account profile at anytime. This includes important contact information such as your address, phone numbers and e-mail address.
You can conveniently donate your tickets to Carolina Panthers Charities. Simply log in to your personal account and select the tickets you wish to donate. Click "Donate to Charity" and your tickets will be automatically forwarded to the Carolina Panthers Community Relations Department. Now, there is no need to mail in your tickets. Please note: tickets must be donated at least two weeks prior to the game to allow for proper distribution.
Your account keeps track of each ticket you forward. This feature allows you to quickly see which clients or friends you have distributed your tickets to.
