Week 4 Final Injury Report: One out for Cowboys game

InjuryReport-week4_final

CHARLOTTE — The Panthers will likely be without a pair of injured players for Sunday's game against the Cowboys.

Running back Christian McCaffrey is out and defensive end Yetur Gross-Matos has been declared doubtful on the final injury report submitted to the league.

McCaffrey's expected to miss a few weeks with last week's hamstring strain, while Gross-Matos is getting closer to returning to action.

He has practiced on a limited basis this week, after suffering an ankle injury in Week 2 against the Saints.

Right guard John Miller is listed as questionable with a shoulder injury, and he was limited Friday.

Wide receiver Shi Smith was added to the report Friday for non-injury related issue.

Otherwise, everyone on the list for injury reasons was a full participant Friday, and has no status on the report. That group includes wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. (thumb), cornerback CJ Henderson (groin), left tackle Cameron Erving (knee), and linebacker Shaq Thompson (back).
