2020 Season Stadium FAQs

We are excited to welcome some fans back to Bank of America Stadium.

We have worked for months to develop and implement a responsible and comprehensive plan for the return of fans, and we are confident that it will ensure that your game day experience is enjoyable and as safe as possible.

As a result, many game day policies will look different than in previous years when you return. You can find answers to frequently asked questions about what to expect on game day listed below.

Ticketing

How do I secure tickets?
Limited lower level single-game tickets are available now by clicking here.

A limited number of private suite rentals are available now. Please call or text (704) 358-7253 or email Sales@Panthers.NFL.com for more information about suite rentals.

Will all tickets be mobile?
Yes. All tickets will be accessed through the Panthers Mobile App or the mobile Ticketmaster Account Manager. Please see here for a guide.

How do I forward and/or resell my mobile tickets?
Mobile tickets can be shared and/or posted for resale through the myPanthers account and Panthers Mobile App. From the account, please click Sign In/Sign Up in the top right corner and entering the email associated with the game tickets and password. If you do not know the password, please click Forgot Password. If forwarding tickets to someone else, it is recommended to do so 24-48 hours prior to kickoff if possible to ensure that they receive all pertinent game day information.

Please note that as part of "pod seating" measures, fans will be required to transfer/sell the entire block of tickets together (i.e. if you have four tickets, you cannot sell two to one party and two to another).

How will my tickets be scanned?
All tickets will be scanned using touchless scanners.

Will the Ticket Office be open to help troubleshoot?
Yes. The Ticket Office will be open four hours prior to kickoff. The Ticket Office is located between the South Gate and East Gate of Bank of America Stadium.

Entering/Exiting the Stadium

What are the safety precautions for entering and exiting the stadium?
This year, we have a number of new processes and procedures to ensure the safety of fans while entering and exiting the stadium.

New screening lines will start in front of the gates as you head into the stadium. All security screening staff will be properly equipped with personal protective equipment. Please remove all metal objects from your pockets prior to screening. Once through security screening, have your mobile ticket ready and proceed to the touchless ticket scanners.

Upon entry of the stadium, fans will see directional arrows to STAY RIGHT on our concourses and ramps. Please note that elevators are available for ADA use only. All other foot traffic will be directed to escalators and ramps.

Do I need to go through a specific gate?
Yes, fans will enter via a specific gate listed on their mobile ticket.

What time do gates open?
Gate times will vary depending on capacity of the stadium. More information will be shared prior to each home game.

Will my temperature be checked prior to entering the stadium?
Yes. Touchless temperature scanners will be located at each gate entrance. Stadium staff will be present to ensure all guests have a temperature below 100.4.

Do I have to wear a facial covering?
Yes, face coverings are always required upon entering the queue at the entry gate and within Bank of America Stadium. The only exception is when a fan is actively eating or drinking in their seat.

Will a face shield be an acceptable covering?
No – Face shields by themselves are not an acceptable face covering. Guests who choose to wear face shields will also be required to wear a face covering that completely covers their nose and mouth.

Does my child need to wear a face covering?
The CDC recommends that all children over the age of two wear a face covering. The current North Carolina Governor's Executive Order requires children aged five or older wear a face covering.

Is there a place to leave my bag if it does not meet the size requirements to enter the stadium?
Due to COVID there will be no place to check your bag for the game. Should you have a bag that is too big to enter or does not meet safety requirements, you will be turned away from the gate and will need to return your bag to your vehicle before entering.

What about leaving the game?
When exiting the stadium, we ask that all fans exit in an orderly fashion and maintain a physical distance from other fans.

Seating in the Stadium

Do I have to wear a facial covering when in my seat?
Yes, face coverings are always required upon entering the queue at the entry gate and within Bank of America Stadium. The only exception is when a fan is actively eating or drinking in their seat. When your food or drink is down, your mask must be up. Not wearing your face covering is a violation of the NFL Fan Code of Conduct and will result in your removal from the stadium. We appreciate your cooperation.

The CDC recommends that all children over the age of two wear a face covering. The current North Carolina Governor's Executive Order requires children aged five or older wear a face covering.

How will seating in the stadium bowl work?
Game tickets in the outside seating bowl are distributed in "pods" to support physical distancing between each group of ticketholders at the game, with the expectation that fans will be attending games with family members they have been sheltering with and/or with trusted acquaintances. Seating pods are assigned every other row with at least two seats between groups.

Do I have to stay in my assigned seat(s)?
Yes. Fans are not permitted to move to other empty seats or join other groups. Be a good teammate and help us keep our community safe.

How do I navigate the concourse?
Once inside the stadium, fans will notice that our concourses are split into two lanes going opposite directions. Please follow directional arrows and signage to stay to the right on our concourses and ramps and maintain physical distancing. When exiting your seating section for restrooms, concessions or at the end of the game, please always proceed to the right.

Concessions

What is the Gameday Pack and how does it work?
We are pleased to offer fans the option to purchase concessions from a preset menu in advance of coming to the game. Click here to find out more information about pre-paid concessions.

What are the cleaning and safety protocols for concession stands?
Each concession stand has a dedicated associate to ensure frequent cleaning and disinfecting with FDA approved products. Concession stand workers require masks and PPE, including gloves. In addition, there are hand sanitizing stations at locations and lines will be socially distanced through the use of signage floor decals. Concessions will be cashless and as frictionless as possible.

Will I be able to get food?
Yes, limited food items will be available throughout the stadium for purchase.

Where can I eat and drink?
Communal socializing areas throughout the concourse, picnic areas and club lounges will be closed. Fans should plan to eat at their designated seating location.

Can I use cash?
No, all purchases will need to be made via credit, debit card, touch-free payment or through the Panthers App. Pre-paid debit cards are accepted.

Is mobile ordering available?
Mobile ordering is available at select concession stands and concession portables through the Panthers Mobile App. Fans can order and pay from their seats and then pick up at the designated concession stand or portable.

Will there be limited menus?
The concessions menus have been simplified to include core items that require little assembly to reduce points of contact with concessions staff. Popcorn and self-serve soda are no longer bottomless and self-serve soda stations are now operated by an attendant. Additionally, the condiment stations have been replaced with individually wrapped packets. Condiments are individually wrapped and distributed at concession stands at the time of purchase. Single-serve napkins will still be available on condiment tables.

Will vegetarian options be available?
Yes, vegetarian options are available.

Will beverages be sold, including alcoholic beverages?
Yes, beverage options, including alcoholic beverages, are available.

Will alcoholic beverage sales end at a different time?
Alcohol sales will now end at the start of the third quarter.

Are the Unlimited Beverage Stations still available?
Self-serve soda are no longer bottomless and self-serve soda stations are now operated by an attendant.

Panthers Shop

Will I be able to purchase Panthers gear within the stadium?
Yes, ticket holders can visit the main team store and other select merchandise shopping locations while inside the stadium on game days.

Restrooms

What are the cleaning and safety protocols for restrooms?
We've increased the number of cleaning staff at each game to help disinfect high-volume areas, including restrooms, multiple times throughout a game. We've also added hand washing stations throughout the stadium, making it even easier to wash your hands.

Which restrooms can I go to?
Fans should exit their section to the right and follow floor decals to proceed to the nearest restroom.

Is hand sanitizer available?
Hand sanitizer dispensers are available throughout gate entry, the concourse and around concession stands and restroom areas.

Will nursing rooms be available to nursing mothers?
Yes, nursing rooms will be available. They will be cleaned and disinfected after each use.

Parking/Tailgating

Can I tailgate in my parking lot?
For all parking and tailgate lot information, please contact the individual owner of your parking lot and follow all current government guidelines regarding tailgating. Be mindful that government guidelines can change at any time throughout the 2020 season.

Can I reserve parking before the game?
Some lots offer pre-game reserved spots. To browse available lots, please click here.

Will the Atrium ADA shuttle be running this season?
The shuttle will not run for games with reduced attendance. Fans requiring accessible parking should purchase a pass in Lot 1 at the Mint St. Parking Deck by clicking here or calling 704-358-7800.
