2020 Season Suite FAQs

The Carolina Panthers and Bank of America Stadium have developed and implemented a comprehensive plan to ensure that your game day experience is enjoyable and as safe as possible. As a result, many game day policies will look different than in previous years. Listed below are a number of frequently asked questions and answers.

How do I forward my mobile tickets?
Mobile tickets can be shared through the myPanthers account and Panthers Mobile App. From the account, please click Sign In/Sign Up in the top right corner and entering the email associated with the game ticketsand password. If you do not know the password, please click Forgot Password. If forwarding tickets to someone else, it is recommended to do so 24-48 hours prior to kick off if possible to ensure that they receive all pertinent game day information.

Will entering the stadium change in 2020?
Upon exiting Lot 1, fans make their way to the North Gate where this an expedited point of entry located in the center of the North Gate security perimeter. Fans are then directed to the escalators to gain access to the 300/400 levels of the stadium. The LUXE Lobby elevators are used for ADA patrons only.

Are face coverings required inside the suite?
Face coverings are always required except when seated and actively eating or drinking. The CDC recommends a face covering for all children over the age of two, while North Carolina guidelines require a face covering for all persons over the age of 11.

What safety measures are being done to keep our suite sanitized?
Our 300/400 Levels are professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each event, utilizing UV light and spray to disinfect all high touch points, as well as fogging each suite before and after use. The retractable windows in all suites will remain open to allow fresh air to circulate throughout the space and individual bottles of hand sanitizer will be available in each suite.

Will the suite setup look any different this year?
Each suite will have a slightly revised furniture layout to increase the usable square footage and allow for proper physical distancing. For example: The additional six barstools have been removed and the large gathering table has been pushed flush against the wall, effectively clearing a communal space in the center of the room.

Will we still have access to the suite bathroom?
Guests will have access to private restrooms located inside your suite.

What safety measures are being taken with the suite attendants?
All suite attendants will have their temperature checked and be properly screened upon arrival to the stadium. They will also be supplied with necessary personal protective equipment and sanitizing supplies to use on service utensils and high contact areas every 15-30 minutes of service or as requested. Suite attendants will always be required to wear a face covering.

What changes are being made to the food and drink service?
All cups, plates, silverware and napkins will be single use disposable. Food will be packaged/covered upon arrival for both suites and clubs. We encourage suite holders to place orders five business days in advance to ensure prompt service.

Service utensils will be sanitized or replaced every 15 minutes by the suite attendant (gloves will be made available to guests upon request).

Beer, wine, soft drinks and water will be self-served out of the in-suite beverage coolers, while mixed drinks will be served by the suite attendant in the foyer area of the suite.
