Pre-Paid Concessions

What is the pre-paid concessions option?
In 2020, fans have the opportunity to pre-order a food & beverage option value for $15, with an average savings of $20. Included in this option is an entrée, chips, candy, water and a fountain soda. Fans have the ability to choose this food & beverage option as part of the seat selection process.

When is the latest time to opt-in to this option each game week?
All ticketed fans will have the ability to opt-in. Fan must submit their pre-paid concessions order by 5 p.m. ET two days before the game (eg. Friday evening before a Sunday game).

What items will be on this pre-paid menu?
Lay's potato chips, assorted candy, bottled water, a fountain soda, and an entrée. The entrée menu will rotate on a game-by-game basis and will be included in the pre-game communications.

How do I redeem the pre-paid option?
Once fans have opted-in, they can redeem the order using the barcode on their mobile tickets at participating concession stands. Fans must enter the stadium using a mobile ticket in order to redeem.

Are there refunds for the pre-paid option?
There will be no refunds for the pre-paid concessions option unless the game is cancelled. The pre-paid option can only be used for the game for which it was purchased.

Can I use my pre-paid option at normal for-purchase concessions stands?
Guests can only use their pre-paid credit at the designated pre-paid stations.

Will there be alcohol offered at the pre-paid stands?
Due to North Carolina state regulations, alcohol will not be included in the pre-paid option. There will be alcohol for purchase at concessions stands and portables throughout the building.

Can I go through the pre-paid stand more than once?
Guests can only go through the pre-paid stand one time and must pick up all pre-ordered items in that trip.

When can I pick up my pre-paid items upon arrival at the stadium?
Guests can redeem their pre-paid credit at any point from arrival to the beginning of the 4th quarter.

General Concessions FAQs

Can I purchase concessions at the stadium if I didn't make a pre-paid order?
Yes, there are for-purchase concessions options open, as well as beverage express locations. All locations are cashless and have a mobile payment option.

What are the new cleaning and safety protocols for concession stands?
Each concession stand has a dedicated associate to ensure frequent cleaning and disinfecting with FDA approved products. Concession stand workers require masks and PPE, including gloves. In addition, there are hand sanitizing stations at locations and lines will be socially distanced through the use of signage floor decals. Menus have been streamlined to ensure quicker service. Concessions will be cashless and as frictionless as possible.

Additionally, the condiment stations have been replaced with individually wrapped packets. Condiments are individually wrapped and distributed at concession stands at the time of purchase. Single-serve napkins will still be available on condiment tables.

Will I be able to get food?
Yes, limited food items will be available throughout the stadium for purchase.

Where can I eat and drink?
Fans are only permitted to eat and drink while seated in their assigned seat.

Can I use cash?
No, all purchases will need to be made via credit, debit card, touch-free payment or through the Panthers App. Pre-paid debit cards are accepted.

Is mobile ordering available?
Mobile ordering is available at select concession stands and concession portables through the Panthers Mobile App. Fans can order and pay from their seats and then pick up at the designated concession stand or portable.

Will there be limited menus?
Menus have been simplified to reduce points of contact with concessions staff in order to create a safer and more efficient experience. Popcorn and self-serve soda are no longer bottomless and self-serve soda stations are now operated by an attendant. Condiments are individually wrapped and distributed at concession stands at the time of purchase. Single-serve napkins will still be available on condiment tables.

Will vegetarian options be available?
Yes, vegetarian options are available.

Will beverages be sold, including alcoholic beverages?
Yes, beverage options, including alcoholic beverages, are available.

Are the Unlimited Beverage Stations still available?
Self-serve soda are no longer bottomless and self-serve soda stations are now operated by an attendant.

What adjustments have been made to dining in suites and clubs?
In the club areas, there will be reorganized Chef's Tables with one-way direction with attendants to keep lines moving. Food will be packaged/covered upon arrival for both suites and clubs. We encourage suite holders to place orders five business days in advance to ensure prompt service.
