We are excited to welcome some fans back to Bank of America Stadium.

We have worked for months to develop and implement a responsible and comprehensive plan for the return of fans and we are confident that it will ensure that your game day experience is enjoyable and as safe as possible.

The excitement of the game will be the same, but many aspects of a game day experience at Bank of America Stadium will be different. Your health and safety, along with that of our players, coaches, and personnel, is our top priority.

These new protocols were developed to help you feel confident, safe and comfortable when coming to Bank of America Stadium and enjoying a seamless experience – from your Uptown parking lots and our gates, to the concourses and ultimately, your seats.

As much as our staff is in place to keep you safe, you play a key role as well. We ask that you understand the new protocols before coming to the game and do your part to keep physically distant and wear your mask. If we all work together, we can overcome this challenge more quickly and safely. Please refer to the NFL Fan Health Promise for 2020.

Check back for updated information on Panthers.com each game week, as policies and protocols are subject to change throughout the season.

Ingress and Egress

In order to reduce congestion when entering and exiting Bank of America Stadium, each section will have a designated entry gate that is listed on the mobile ticket.

Remember to have your mobile ticket ready and to follow the clear bag policy to help speed entry into the stadium.

When exiting the stadium, all fans should leave in an orderly fashion and maintain a physical distance from others.

Directional Signage

Directional Signage

Once inside the stadium, fans will notice that our concourses have been split into two lanes going opposite directions. Follow directional arrows and signage to stay to the right on all concourses and ramps to maintain physical distancing. Elevators are available for ADA use only. All other foot traffic will be directed to use escalators and ramps.

When exiting your seating section for restrooms, concessions or at the end of the game, always proceed to the right.

Pod Seating

Pod Seating

Game tickets in the outside seating bowl are distributed in "pods" to support physical distancing between each group of ticket holders at the game, with the expectation that fans will be attending games with family members they have been sheltering with and/or with trusted acquaintances. Seating pods are assigned every other row with at least two seats between groups. Please do not move to other seats or join other groups.

First Aid

First Aid

A dedicated isolation area is available for any fan who begins to feel ill after entering the stadium. The stadium's on-site medical team will be fully prepared to treat you on-site. If you begin to feel ill, you should find help immediately. If you feel ill at any point before arriving at Bank of America Stadium, we ask that you please be a good teammate and stay home.

It's Game Time. Do Your Part.

In addition to following all guidelines listed above, the stadium and stadium staff will also be playing their part by implementing a few additional safety measures:
Enhanced Cleaning

Enhanced Cleaning

We've taken cleaning and disinfecting to the next level by increasing our number of cleaning staff and implementing a new, enhanced cleaning protocol. All "high touch" surfaces in stadium common areas are cleaned before, during and after each game or stadium event. "High touch" surfaces include door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, sink handles, toilets, ATMs and other touch screens, turnstiles, vestibules, and water fountains.

Staff Temperature Checks

Staff Temperature Checks

All staff and stadium employees will have their temperature taken before entering the building. Any temperature above 100.4⁰F will be flagged, and that employee will be sent home.

Face Coverings and PPE

Face Coverings and PPE

Like fans, all staff and stadium employees are required to wear a face covering inside the building. They will also be required to complete a heath screening questionnaire before entering the stadium on gameday. For staff who work in concessions or handle any "high touch" surfaces, gloves are also required.
