Health and Safety
Our stadium operations staff has worked diligently to provide a game-day experience that is both safe and enjoyable. While many game-day aspects will feel similar to fans' previous trips to Bank of America Stadium, we will continue to provide enhanced cleaning, hand sanitizer stations, cashless transactions and mobile ticketing for fans.
In accordance with local indoor mask guidelines, all guests and staff must wear a mask in indoor spaces.
During the ticket purchase process, all fans will be required to accept the event terms and conditions including the NFL's fan health promise, available here.
We ask any fans that are feeling sick on game day to take precaution and stay home.
All entry into the stadium will be through mobile tickets this season. Click here to read in-depth instructions on accessing, transferring and selling your mobile tickets on the Panthers app.
With a new login process from Ticketmaster in 2021, we encourage fans to click through the verification process and add tickets to the user's mobile wallet well in advance of Game Day.
Entering the Stadium
For the first time this season, there will be security checks further from the ticket entry gates. Fans, both those with tickets and without, will go through security lines on the road in front of each main gate. The clear bag policy will be enforced at the security gates before fans enter queue lanes at the traditional ticket gates.
Once you enter the queue lanes, be sure to be ready with your mobile ticket for fast entry.
All payments in the stadium, whether at concession stands, beverage stalls or the Team Store, are now cashless. Fans should be prepared to use credit/debit cards for all purchases or utilize the Panthers app.
All concession stands will allow for pre-ordering and special priority pickup for fans ordering from their seats through the Panthers app. The concessions ordering will be available within the Stadium section of the app.
The team will continue with many of the health and safety plans implemented during the pandemic — including cleaning of high-touch areas.
Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the stadium, including at entrances into the seating bowl.
We want Bank of America Stadium to be loud and for fans to stand up, cheer and have a good time, but we also want to make sure it's a safe environment for everyone to be able to enjoy.
If you have any issues of any kind in the stadium, don't hesitate to text location and details to stadium staff at 704-GET-HELP. If you have any specific questions about the 2021 Game Day experience, please submit them here.
