As part of a league-wide initiative, the Panthers are replacing the print-at-home PDF ticket option with mobile ticketing. PDF tickets will no longer be valid for entry. Single-game ticket buyers through Ticketmaster can download the free Panthers Official App to access mobile tickets for entry. PSL Holders and single-game ticket buyers through Ticketmaster will also be able to manage tickets via their online accounts. Mobile ticketing will allow ticket holders to conveniently manage, transfer (forward), or sell tickets and will aid in efforts to reduce the risk of lost or counterfeit tickets.
Within the app, click "Tickets" and find the "My Tickets" card and click the image.
Once there, use your account login credentials to sign in. If doing it for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.
Select the option for your tickets to the appropriate game.
Within the tickets page, you will see options to view the barcode, save to your phone, add it to your "Apple Wallet" or send it to someone else. (Please note that screenshots will not be accepted).
View your entry gate on the ticket. YOU MUST ENTER AT YOUR DESIGNATED GATE. Before you arrive at the gate, make sure you have your tickets ready and the brightness turned up on your phone.
Going with friends? Send each person their individual ticket by selecting the "Send" button in the bottom left corner.
Panthers fans are encouraged to donate new or gently used coats of all sizes at this Sunday's Saints vs. Panthers game as part of WSOC-TV meteorologist Steve Udelson's "Steve's Coats for Kids" program.
Fans can make coat donations on game day at the WSOC-TV stage on Mint Street. All coats collected will be distributed to area agencies that serve children in need.
5th Quarter, presented by Harrah's Cherokee and New Sarum Brewing
At the conclusion of the upcoming 1 p.m. Panthers home game, all patrons with valid game tickets are invited to catch late NFL action on the Silver Club Level in the Locker Room Lounge and North Club Lounge.
Each lounge will feature the NFL RedZone channel and the Sunday late afternoon NFL games broadcast on the video boards and televisions. Alcohol sales will be extended in these areas along with a limited selection of concessions that will also be available for purchase.
To access the Club Level for the "5th Quarter," fans seated in the 100 or 200 levels can proceed up the stairs located across from sections 104/105. Patrons seated in the 500 level, may access the "5th Quarter" using the ramp located across from section 512. Fans will need to remain in the stadium and present a valid game ticket for entry into the Club Level at the end of the game. Once fans exit the stadium, there will be no reentry.
The Panthers have partnered with Waze and Google Maps to help fans navigate on event days. Waze and Google Maps are the ONLY GPS programs with event day traffic plans and street closures, providing accurate directions, and real-time traffic alerts to pre-purchased game day parking lots.
To get started, please download the Waze (iOS | Android) or Google Maps (iOS | Android) apps on your mobile device .
Input your specific game day parking lot or an address into Waze or Google Maps will do the rest.
After the road closures have been lifted, maps will automatically return to a normal traffic pattern in the app.
The Panthers also offer the option to purchase parking before the event to save on delays when you arrive. Reserve your parking place by clicking here or on the button below.
