Parks Frazier is in his first season as the passing game coordinator for the Carolina Panthers in 2023. He comes to Carolina after spending the last five seasons with the Indianapolis Colts, working closely with head coach Frank Reich.
Frazier called offensive plays for the Colts in the second half of the 2022 season under interim head coach Jeff Saturday. Before being tabbed as play caller, Frazier started the season as the Colts pass game specialist/assistant quarterbacks coach.
Frazier held numerous positions during his first four season with Colts, including assistant quarterbacks coach (2021), offensive quality control coach (2020), and began his tenure as assistant to the head coach (2018-19), providing assistance to Frank Reich by preparing the weekly practice, plan, call sheets, scripts and assisting with the scout team.
Frazier worked two seasons (2016-17) as an offensive graduate assistant at Arkansas State and spent the fall of 2015 at Middle Tennessee State as a quality control coach and the spring of 2015 at Samford as their defensive quality control coach.
