How does this impact PSL Owners?
A limited number of home games will be available to each PSL Owner based on the decision to either Opt In or Opt Out of the 2020 Season.
Who is eligible to Opt In? How do payments work?
In order to Opt In to the 2020 Season, PSL accounts must be in good standing (paid in full or current as of July 1, 2020) to be eligible for tickets. If you have not made a payment, please do so here. Credit on accounts will be applied to select games and the balance will remain on the account and will carry over to the 2021 season.
Which games will PSL Owners who Opt In have access to?
Those who Opt In will have the opportunity to select from a pre-determined set of games. The number of games each PSL Owner will have access to will be determined by factors such as approved capacity, overall demand and, in some cases, seating location.
Are PSL Owners able to sit in their current seat location?
Due to the creation of a socially distant seat configuration that meets health and safety protocols, it is unlikely that you will sit in your exact seat location. Stadium capacity could change through the course of the season and PSL Owners will be promptly notified of any potential ticket impact.
Which sections will PSL Owners who Opt In have access to?
PSL Owners will only be permitted to purchase seats within their specific price level. However, if inventory is unavailable for any reason adjustments will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Would this new seat location be temporary?
Yes. You will maintain PSL Ownership of your current seating location and season tickets will revert to your current PSL location for 2021.
How does this decision affect PSL Ownership?
Whether you choose to opt in or opt out of the 2020 season, your PSL ownership will not be affected.
How do the Panthers plan to keep fans safe while attending games at Bank of America Stadium?
Enhanced protective measures will be implemented during event days. While plans are still being finalized, some of the protective measures include health screening protocols, required face coverings, access to sanitizing stations throughout the facility, contactless/cashless transactions and physical distancing amplified via stadium signage.
What if I do not feel comfortable attending games during the 2020 Season?
If prefer not to attend any home games, you can opt out of the 2020 season and maintain your PSL Ownership.
How does it work if I choose to Opt Out?
Your PSLs will remain active on your account and you have the option to carry credit on your account over to the 2021 season and future ticket purchases or receive a full refund within 30 business days.
What is the deadline to Opt In or Opt Out and how do I submit my preference?
Please submit your preference by July 22nd through the link sent on July 16th to the email address on your PSL account.
What if I am a PSL Owner, but didn't receive this email?
We would be happy to resend the email if you did not receive it originally. Please email this request to PSLOwners@Panthers.NFL.com or text (704) 593-4141 and provide the account number and best email address to use.
If I Opt In now, am I later able to Opt Out if something changes?
You can change your selection from Opt In to Opt Out at any point before or during the seat selection process in August. Once you complete the seat selection process, you can no longer Opt Out.

No additional action is needed. The balance on your account will either be applied to the 2021 season and future ticket purchases or refunded within 30 business days based on your selection.
Are automatic season ticket payments still being drafted?
Automatic 2020 season ticket payments scheduled beyond July 1, 2020, will stop, and the credit on your account can be used toward future ticket purchases.
What do I need to do if I have sold or transferred some of my tickets for the 2020 season?
All tickets will automatically be returned to the original account. No action is required on your part.
How does this affect Single Game Tickets?
Single-Game Tickets are not currently for sale. For those who have already purchased through NFL-licensed channels, please look for information regarding a refund since those tickets are no longer available due to the reduced capacity. Below are the various refund policies for single-game tickets purchased through NFL-licensed channels:
- Ticketmaster: Automatic refunds provided for all primary and secondary sales within 30 days of cancellation
- SeatGeek: Refunds provided upon request for all primary and secondary sales within 30 days of cancellation
- StubHub: No refunds unless required by law. Credit issued worth 120% of original order. Credit expires in 2022 and can be used on any future StubHub purchase. The following states require refunds be issued and ticket buyer must call StubHub directly to request refund: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, LA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN
If Single-Game tickets become available over the course of the season, options will be shared with PSL Owners, previous ticket holders and on Panthers.com and Ticketmaster.
Are PSLs and Luxury Suites still for sale?
