The Carolina Panthers, in partnership with The David & Nicole Tepper Foundation and Samaritan's Feet, hosted a high-energy shoe distribution event today for students at David Cox Elementary School. Panthers personalities and volunteers, including Nicole Tepper, RB Jonathon Brooks, C Nick Samac, Samaritan's Feet employees and Panthers PSL Owners were on-site to help distribute new sneakers to every student at the school. As part of the Panthers and Atrium Health's Play60 initiative, this effort encourages students to build healthy habits and stay active for at least 60 minutes every day.

Nicole Tepper delivered the keynote address at the Judy W. Rose Let Me Play Luncheon, where she was joined by David Tepper as UNC Charlotte announced The David & Nicole Tepper Foundation's $250,000 commitment to the Let Me Play initiative. The gift will help enhance the daily experience of women student-athletes by strengthening women's programs and elevating the visibility of women's athletics at the university.

As part of National Girls and Women in Sports Day, Conference Carolinas and the Carolina Panthers hosted a Women's Flag Football Kickoff Celebration at Bank of America Stadium to celebrate the expansion of women's flag football. Conference Carolinas is the first NCAA Division I or II conference to sponsor varsity women's flag football and will have 11 institutions competing in the upcoming inaugural season.

The David & Nicole Tepper Foundation, Panthers and Coca-Cola Consolidated brought joy to over 1,000 deserving kids from across the Carolinas to Bank of America Stadium for the 7th annual Joy to the Carolinas. Over 60 active players and 15 team legends joined ownership, hundreds of volunteers and leadership across the organization, treating the kids to a festive ambiance, holiday activities, new cold weather gear, shoes, toys, a special dinner served by players, field access, and more.

On Sunday, David and Nicole Tepper treated a select group of University of South Carolina students, faculty, and administrators to a special gameday experience at Bank of America Stadium. The students, all members of the Tepper Scholars program at UofSC, began the day meeting with Tepper Sports & Entertainment executive leadership, including CEO and President of the Carolina Panthers Kristi Coleman, before taking in the game. The newest group of Tepper Scholars also had the opportunity to go on the field pregame and speak with the Teppers. Established in 2020 by The David & Nicole Tepper Foundation (DNTF), the Tepper Scholars program provides four-year scholarships, mentorship, and real-world opportunities in sports and entertainment – brought to life through experiences like Sunday's. In recognition of the Teppers' ongoing support, as well as a recent $5 million gift from DNTF, the University of South Carolina renamed its nationally renowned department the David and Nicole Tepper Department of Sport and Entertainment Management this fall.

In recognition of a $5 million gift from The David and Nicole Tepper Foundation (DNTF), the University of South Carolina proudly announced the naming of its renowned Department of Sports and Entertainment Management as the David and Nicole Tepper Department of Sports and Entertainment Management. Participating teams included the Providence Day Chargers, Gaffney Indians, Irmo Yellowjackets and South Pointe Stallions. Providence Day emerged victorious for the fourth-consecutive year.

The Carolina Panthers, Bank of America, and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools encouraged 3^rd grader students from seventy CMS elementary schools as part of the team's Sir Purr's Pawsome Readers Program. The semester-long program encourages young readers to improve literacy rates and reach grade-level reading proficiency through reading incentives in the classroom and year-end measurements of reading scores.
