During the 2018 offseason, the Carolina Panthers Ticket Office will be temporarily located at the South Gate of Bank of America Stadium and is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The office will return to its usual location between the South and East Gate during Summer 2018. During the NFL season, the ticket office is open from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays prior to Sunday home games.

Tickets purchased in advance that cannot be mailed due to time restrictions may be picked up at the Will Call windows, located at the Carolina Panthers Ticket Office. The Will Call windows open approximately four hours prior to kickoff. Please bring proper identification (photo ID) and allow plenty of time to pick up your tickets.
Bank of America Stadium was designed for fans of all ages. Please note that every child over the age of 12 months is required to have a game ticket to enter the stadium. Any child under the age of 12 months admitted without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult.
If you will not be able to attend a game and would like to donate your tickets, you may donate them to the Carolina Panthers PSL Tickets for Kids and Troops program. Tickets are distributed by the team's community relations department to non-profit organizations in the Carolinas that serve underprivileged youth and troops in our community.
The Carolina Panthers can replace a season ticket that has been lost, stolen or damaged, or you can view your tickets electronically on your mobile smart phone.
In order to facilitate the replacement of a ticket through the Carolina Panthers Ticket Office, the Permanent Seat License (PSL) Owner must complete a Replacement Ticket Request Form and mail or fax it to the Carolina Panthers Ticket Office. Information regarding replacement tickets must be received at least 48 hours prior to the game.
-A form must be submitted for each PSL account and each game.
-All forms must be signed by the PSL Owner.
-Replacement tickets will not be mailed. All replacement tickets will be left at Will Call.
Stolen Tickets - A copy of the filed police report must accompany stolen ticket replacement requests. There is no fee for replacing stolen tickets.
Damaged Tickets - Remaining parts of the damaged tickets must accompany the replacement request. The replacement fee is free when remaining parts of the damaged ticket are accompanied with the request.
Lost Tickets - Lost ticket replacement requests must come from the individual whose name is on the PSL account. The replacement fee is free for the first request and $20 per ticket for all additional requests.
Tickets Left at Home - Tickets left at home may be replaced to the PSL account holder prior to kickoff the day of the game. The replacement fee is free for the first request and $20 per ticket for all additional requests.
Game Day Replacement Tickets - Only PSL Owners may request replacement tickets at the customer service windows on game day. Identification is required.
Print-at-Home Tickets and Mobile Tickets - A 48-hour window for print-at-home tickets has been instituted to combat ticket fraud and protect the security of your tickets. Beginning 48 hours prior to kickoff of each home game, tickets may be reprinted or pushed to a mobile device when logged in to your My Panthers Account.
Transfer Your Tickets
To take advantage of the benefits of being a PSL Owner and avoid the hassle of Will Call, you can electronically forward your tickets to virtually anyone up to kickoff via ticket transfer. This service allows you to electronically forward tickets to friends, family or clients if you need Replacement Tickets. Log on to My Panthers Account and choose the ticket or group of tickets you want to forward, enter the recipient's information and select "Transfer."
How it works? Every ticket on your account has a unique bar code, ensuring that they are authentic. During the forwarding process, the bar code on the original ticket is canceled and the original ticket is no longer valid. The recipient is e-mailed a new ticket with a unique bar code that has been electronically issued. This new ticket can be viewed electronically via the recipient's mobile smart phone.
What is the fee? There is no fee to take advantage of the convenience of this innovative technology that provides a secure alternative method to ensure your tickets get used.
