Senior Producer, Production Operations

The Carolina Panthers Sr. Producer, Production Operations, will lead video production for the day-to-day operations of the football team, serving the fans by providing football video for team-owned and-operated media, team broadcasts, and partner broadcast relationships. The Sr. Producer will play a key role in coordinating the technical needs of video production for the broader Panthers Content team, including studio planning and maintenance, as well as camera equipment planning and maintenance.

Senior Manager - Retail, Merchandising & Stadium Marketing

Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE), the parent company for the NFL's Carolina Panthers, MLS' Charlotte Football Club, and Bank of America Stadium is actively seeking a creative and passionate Retail Marketing Senior Manager to help elevate brand awareness, fan affinity, engagement, and revenue through retail and merchandising platforms, oversee third party stadium event retail, and provide overall support of the Carolina Panthers Marketing team.

Security Officer

The Venue Security Officer is responsible for supporting the overall safety and security of the facility, its employees, and guests. This role is responsible for ensuring a secure environment and reactive duties to address incidents. The Officer is responsible for protecting people, property, and assets while enforcing safety protocols.

Safety & Compliance Coordinator

The Safety & Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the organization adheres to regulatory, safety, and operational standards. This individual will manage administrative duties related to compliance, schedule and oversee inspections, develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordinate safety committees, and work proactively to ensure the safety and security of the organization's facilities.

Team Member - Guest Experience

As an extension of Tepper Sports and Entertainment, the Guest Experience Team is committed to providing excellent customer service to guests visiting Bank of America Stadium. Each member of the Guest Experience Team is knowledgeable of the stadium and its policies, dedicated to supporting each of the stadium's events and committed to improving the fan experience. We share the Carolina Panthers'/ Charlotte FC's vision of what a positive game day experience should be for our guests. This team sets the tone for delivering exceptional service by anticipating the guests' needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Director - Partnership Marketing - TSE

The Director, Partnership Marketing is responsible for account management leadership, team oversight, and activation execution across corporate partnerships that span both the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC.

This role will report to and work closely with the Sr. Director, Partnership Marketing, who sets the overall strategy and direction for the group. The Director is accountable for managing assigned partner accounts, leading a team of Partnership Marketing Managers/Sr. Managers/Coordinators, and supporting the planning and execution of all partnership activations, events, and deliverables.

The Director collaborates with internal stakeholders including marketing, ticket sales, operations, finance, strategic planning, content, community, and other core services to ensure seamless execution and best in class partner service.

The Partnership Marketing Sr. Manager manages the day-to-day relationships with select Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC partners, including account management, contract fulfillment, and retention efforts, with the goal of successfully providing our partners with best-in-class service and flawless execution.

Associate Counsel

The Associate Counsel position supports all business units of Tepper Sports & Entertainment ("TSE"), namely the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Football Club (and its affiliates) and Bank of America Stadium, with respect to their business interests in various commercial matters.  This includes drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with vendors, sponsors, and other counterparties, which necessitates working closely with various departments within TSE and its related entities to anticipate, identify and manage liability areas and legal exposure.

Assistant - Premium Services

The Premium Services Assistant supports the day‑to‑day delivery and coordination of premium service for suite owners and club members for Tepper Sports & Entertainment. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service and operational support through first‑class communication, account management, special events, and annual touchpoint programing. The position also assists with daily customer service functions, including renewal support and specialized service initiatives, while enabling the Premium Services team to scale effectively as premium demand and inventory continue to grow.

Coordinator – Sports Fields (Bank of America Stadium)

This role is responsible for the daily execution of the operational plans and procedures for all sporting fields at the facilities operated by Tepper Sports and Entertainment, including Bank of America Stadium.

Director - Ticket Sales - Panthers

The Director of Ticket Sales for the Carolina Panthers oversees the activities for full-time staff and seasonal project support sales staff to achieve department revenue and capacity goals through the sale of general and premium season tickets, group tickets, and individual game packages. Additionally, they will oversee the recruitment & development of the Sales Staff as well as the planning, training, and execution of strategic plans to meet and exceed sales and retention goals for Carolina Panthers.  The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day to management of our sales staff and will oversee all efforts regarding recruitment, hiring, training, ongoing development and growth for our representatives, renewals, specialized services program, and all related organizational projects.

HVAC Technician

Lead the preventative maintenance and repairs on all HVAC equipment. Including critical cooling, pumps, chillers, cooling towers and Building Automation Systems. Assist with preventative maintenance and repair of stadium refrigeration. Provide HVAC support for all stadium events. Develop and maintain CMMS work order system for preventative maintenance and repair of all HVAC equipment at Bank of America Stadium, DAS Building, Future Panthers Fieldhouse and Sales office and experience center.

Producer - Control Room

The Producer – Control Room is a mid‑level role that supports both the creative and technical execution of live events at Bank of America Stadium. This position operates key control room systems during games and events while also producing and editing in‑venue video content. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on contributor who thrives in a fast‑paced sports environment, communicates well under pressure, and enjoys problem‑solving on the fly.

Director - Live Events and Venue Programming

The Director of Live Events & Venue Programming is responsible for the strategic oversight, booking, planning, and execution of all live events and private events for Tepper Sports & Entertainment. This role serves as the senior leader for event programming, ensuring seamless integration between sales, event services, operations, and marketing to deliver exceptional experiences and maximize revenue potential. The Director also oversees all stadium conversions and labor operations, ensuring efficient turnarounds between events. This position reports to the Vice President of Venue Operations and plays a key role in shaping the venue's event portfolio, operational readiness, and overall business growth.

Internships

The Carolina Panthers internship program offers opportunities to both current college students and recent college graduates looking to continue their professional development. Although limited, summer internships are occasionally available. Most internships are either seasonal (May-January) or year-round. Fellowships with the Tepper Sports & Entertainment are 12-month, rotational internships that are designed to provide a meaningful professional experience across multiple departments throughout the organization.
