Mobile Ticket Team Member
This position will support the Ticket Operations department throughout the duration of home games by providing customer support for fans with mobile ticketing issues.
Ticket Operations Associate
This position will help in all areas of the Event Day Ticket Operations from the beginning of the day to the end of the event for all events at Bank of America Stadium. Shifts range from 3 to 12 hours on event days.
IT Support Engineer
The IT Support Engineer shall provide technical, administrative, and user support for all organization users; perform onboarding, changeboarding, and offboarding functions related to provisioning accounts, imaging computers, assisting users, and maintaining checklists and other documentation; assist other IT personnel with management of facility IT infrastructure; provide specialized support for PC Windows products, as well as MacOS, iPadOS, and iOS products; perform inventory management related to IT equipment and accessories; serve as primary point of contact for IT helpdesk issues.
Junior Software Developer
The Carolina Panthers are seeking to hire a Junior Software Developer with a passion for football to help maintain an enterprise application framework and implement that framework in end-user applications. Main responsibilities entail scoping, designing, developing, testing and supporting software applications to adhere to internal requirements in support of Football Operations, including Coaching, Pro Personnel, and College Scouting.
Ticket Sales Account Executive
Responsible for selling PSLs and Season Tickets through outbound sales calls, phone sales and large account promotions, as well as Silver Club Level PSLs and Season Tickets, upgrading current PSL Owners through outbound and service calls, sellling single-game tickets and group tickets.
Broadcast/Digital Content Manager
This position is responsible for leading the creation of the Carolina Panthers long-form content, shows, and documentaries. This position is responsible for leading a small Broadcast/Digital Content team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for producing, a creative mind, an eye for detail, and will be able to produce stories from ideation to delivery.
Corporate Partnerships Sales Executive
Responsible for generating new business for both the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC by successfully building and selling marketing partnerships to national and local brands.
Group Sales Account Executive
The principal duties of this position are to drive revenue for Carolina Panthers Ticket Sales through various Group Ticket initiatives, including executing group experience ideas and programs and planning and executing events or theme nights for companies, community groups, themes, youth soccer teams.
Strategic Engagement Lead
The Business Strategy & Analytics (BSA) Team at Tepper Sports & Entertainment is looking for a Strategic Engagement Lead. This role will provide organization-wide support for evaluating and executing key business opportunities. The role will partner with internal and external stakeholders to help understand and communicate business challenges and solutions across all revenue streams, the fan experience, and emerging trends within the NFL, MLS, other Leagues, and the broader entertainment industry. This will include leading, organizing, tracking, coordinating, and reporting progress to executive leadership on key tasks related to the commercialization of our Rock Hill development project.
The Carolina Panthers internship program offers opportunities to both current college students and recent college graduates looking to continue their professional development. Although limited, summer internships are occasionally available. Most internships are either seasonal (May-January) or year-round. Fellowships with the Tepper Sports & Entertainment are 12-month, rotational internships that are designed to provide a meaningful professional experience across multiple departments throughout the organization. These opportunities allow the participants to gain knowledge in various areas of the business, providing a well-rounded experience so that they garner an understanding of what a career in each line of the business in sports would entail.
