Ticket Operations Event Day Associate
Help in all areas of the Event Day Ticket Operations from the beginning of the day to the end of the event for all events at Bank of America Stadium.
Security Officer
The Security Officer position is responsible for providing overall safety and security to all TSE facilities and all occupants within the facilities.
Associate - Sports Fields
This position is responsible for assisting in the execution of the operational plans and procedures of Sports fields at the facilities managed by Tepper Sports & Entertainment including, but not limited to, Bank of America Stadium, Atrium Health Practice Facility, and McAlpine Park Training Facility.
Entertainment Game Day Staff
Primary responsibilities: assist with all logistics for Entertainment Talent, such as National Anthem Performers, Color Guard, Flag Holders, Keep Pounding Drummer, Coronation Honoree, In-game Host, and Halftime Performers along with other gameday duties.
Producer/Cinematographer - Long Form
This position will be part of the small team responsible for the production of the Carolina Panthers Long-Form shows (e.g. Panthers Blueprint), Mic'd Up content, player features as well as other documentaries. The ideal candidate for this role will need experience producing/editing as well as shooting features/documentaries, a passion for creating engaging stories as well as an eye for lighting and framing interviews and sets.
Communications Director
As part of the Carolina Panthers communications department, the communications director serves as the primary media contact for the president of football operations/GM and the head coach while working closely with the vice president to lead the day-to-day operations of the department.
Procurement Manager
This position will be counted on to be a key contributor towards improving overall value offerings, controlling budgetary costs, and enhancing contractual service level outcomes with the suppliers of your departments. This role will report and work closely with the Director, Finance towards tracking key performance indicators and the achievement of overall corporate targets and will be supporting the strategic sourcing needs of Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE) overall.
Retail Marketing Manager
Tepper Sports & Entertainment, the parent company for the NFL's Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC, is actively seeking a creative and passionate Retail Marketing Manager to oversee the retail operation for both teams and Bank of America Stadium with the goal of elevating brand awareness, fan affinity, engagement and revenue for the brands through the retail and merchandising platforms for all properties and events.
Social Media Graphic Designer
We're on the hunt for a social media Graphic Designer to join the Carolina Panthers squad and electrify our digital playbook! Imagine crafting graphics that roar louder than a packed stadium, making every Panthers fan feel like they're right on the field. We need someone who can turn stats into stories, touchdowns into trending topics, and victories into viral moments.
Venue Sales Manager
The Venue Sales Manager will be responsible for the booking of external and internal private events on Bank of America Stadium's campus, as well as helping oversee the stadium's calendar. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Venue Programming.
Labor & Operations Coordinator
This Coordinator, Labor and Operations, will be responsible for the venue's labor team and event operations for private, internal and major events. This position will report to the Live Events Manager.
Events Coordinator
This position is responsible for planning and coordinating Live Events and non-gameday private and internal events at Bank of America Stadium. This position will report to the Live Events Manager.
Senior Coordinator - Partnership Success & Strategy
The Partnership Success & Strategy Sr. Coordinator manages the day-to-day relationships with select Carolina Panthers partners, including account management, contract fulfillment, and retention efforts, with the goal of successfully providing our partners with best-in-class service and flawless execution.
Ticket Sales Account Executive - Panthers
Selling Responsibilities: PSLs and Season Tickets through outbound sales calls, phone sales, emails, texts, and large account promotions, Silver Club Level PSLs and Season Tickets, upgrading current PSL Owners through outbound and service calls and Single Game Tickets.
Representative - Ticket Services
The Ticket Services Representative will be part of the team responsible for the retention and growth of our PSL owner base through the delivery of first class customer service, relationship building, and referral generation.
Account Executive - Group Sales - Panthers
Primary responsibilities: Drive revenue for Carolina Panthers Ticket Sales through various Group Ticket initiatives. Execute group experience ideas and programs, including planning and executing events or theme nights for companies, community groups, themes, youth football teams, etc. Produce a high volume of outbound calls to communicate group ticket opportunities. Provide solutions to prospects considering a group outing with a persistent and positive attitude. Generate sales through cold calling, referral gathering, networking, and appointment setting. Develop and maintain relationships with B2B and B2C buyers and organizations.
Director - Social & Digital Strategy
The Carolina Panthers Director, Social and Digital Strategy will lead strategy and operations for all Panthers social platforms, Panthers.com, and the Panthers app. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic and data-driven leader who will build and improve systems to systematically produce and publish the content that engages with fans where they are, while attracting new strategic audiences.
Director - Creative, Content
The Carolina Panthers Creative Director, Content will lead campaign planning and special projects on behalf of the content team, managing a team of creators to produce breakthrough work that capitalizes on tentpole moments for the organization.
Senior Producer - Football Talk Video
The Carolina Panthers Sr. Producer, Football Talk Video will be a key contributor for the Panthers Content team as a leader of the Digital Video team. This candidate will lead the development and production of digital video designed to educate and inform Panthers fans surrounding football news and analysis, and other talk-based programming such as studio shows, on-camera interviews, vodcasts, and more.
Team Photographer
The Carolina Panthers Team Photographer will serve as the primary football photographer for the team, photographing all practices, games, and team shoots, in addition to other Club tentpole moments
Producer - Creative Video
The Carolina Panthers Producer, Creative Video will ideate, produce, and edit creative video to support the broader business needs of the Carolina Panthers.
Senior Coordinator - Partnership Success & Strategy

Partnership Services Associate

Internships
The Carolina Panthers internship program offers opportunities to both current college students and recent college graduates looking to continue their professional development.
