Security Officer

The Security Officer position is responsible for providing overall safety and security to all TSE facilities and all occupants within the facilities.

Premium Sales Account Executive

This job requires 2-3 years of sales experience. This role must operate in a professional office environment, as well as, outside in a stadium facility environment at times which may include inclement weather conditions.This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Senior Manager - Performance Marketing

Tepper Sports & Entertainment, the parent company for the NFL's Carolina Panthers, MLS's Charlotte FC, and Bank of America Stadium, is seeking an experienced and innovative Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing who will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive revenue, generate new leads, and visually tell the story of marketing campaign performance. This position will oversee all paid digital marketing/advertising efforts, including but not limited to paid social, paid search, paid display, and support out-of-home, radio, and OTT efforts.

Venue Presentation - Manager

The Manger of Venue Presentation reports to the Sr. Director of Engineering & Sustainability and is responsible for maintaining best-in-class cleanliness and operations standards in front of house spaces at Bank of America Stadium and Panthers practice facilities. Specific areas of responsibility include general repairs and maintenance, housekeeping operations, landfill/recycling/compost waste management, pest control, and oversight of the loading dock and offsite warehouse.

Director, Partnerships - TSE

The Director, Partnerships is a pivotal position responsible for driving new business growth across TSE properties. This role requires a proven, high character sales leader who can generate leads, drive meaningful revenue, manage contract negotiations, and foster exceptional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. With a strong emphasis on building relationships and leveraging sales expertise, the Director, Partnership will play an integral role in shaping the future of partnership landscape across the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte FC and Bank of America Stadium.

Organization Overview

Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE) is one of the fastest growing companies in the industry. It owns and operates sports teams - including the NFL's Carolina Panthers and MLS's Charlotte Football Club. TSE also owns and operates venues – including Bank of America Stadium and the Atrium Health Performance Park Additionally, TSE produces live events – including concerts and other sporting events like international soccer matches, college football games, and much more.

In 2018, David Tepper bought the Carolina Panthers and Bank of America Stadium for an NFL record. Mail and Office Supply Coordinator

The Mail & Office Supply Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily mail operations and office supply management for the facility. This position ensures the efficient receipt, sorting, and distribution of U.S. mail and interdepartmental correspondence. Additionally, the role includes maintaining office supply inventory, placing orders as needed, and ensuring all shipping and receiving activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Safety & Compliance Coordinator

The Safety & Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the organization adheres to regulatory, safety, and operational standards. This individual will manage administrative duties related to compliance, schedule and oversee inspections, develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordinate safety committees, and work proactively to ensure the safety and security of the organization's facilities.

Graphic Designer

Electrician

The Electrician position will be responsible for all electrical needs at Bank of America Stadium.

Producer/Editor, Documentary and Feature Video

This position will be part of the small team responsible for the production of the Carolina Panthers Long-Form shows (e.g. Panthers Blueprint), Mic'd Up content, player features as well as other documentaries. The ideal candidate for this role will need experience producing/editing and an ability to serve as the primary producer for segments and features as assigned.

Editor, Documentary and Feature Video

This position will be part of the small team responsible for the production of the Carolina Panthers documentary shows (e.g. Panthers Blueprint), player features, Mic'd Up content as well as other documentaries. The ideal candidate possesses the skill set of an experienced narrative editor who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Manager - Venue Sales & Programming

The Venue Programming Manager will play a vital role in supporting the overall programming and event booking at Bank of America Stadium. This position is responsible for maintaining the venue's calendar, scheduling internal and private events, and supporting the marketing, coordination, and settlement of live events. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused, with a strong interest in live entertainment, event planning, and client services.

Corporate Partnership Management Fellow

This fellow will be responsible for supporting the department in the development and execution of the organization's corporate partnerships. This will be an opportunity to experience the day-to-day operations of the department by assisting in contract fulfillment through hospitality, partner activation, and proof of performance documentation.

Internships

The Carolina Panthers internship program offers opportunities to both current college students and recent college graduates looking to continue their professional development. Although limited, summer internships are occasionally available. Most internships are either seasonal (May-January) or year-round.
