Producer
The Producer position at Tepper Sports & Entertainment will help define both the production strategy and high level goals for the live events at Bank of America Stadium. This position aims to entertain and engage spectators while also motivating the home team by creating and executing compelling content.
Assistant - Sports Field
This position is responsible for the day-to-day Bank of America Stadium & Practice field maintenance and preparation.
Facility Maintenance & Repair Assistant
The Facility Maintenance & Repair Assistant position performs general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility. The role assists in keeping the stadium in a visually pleasant and functioning state through repair in trades including, but not limited to paint, drywall, carpet, seats, millwork, ceiling tile removal and installation and various other general maintenance preventative issues. This position works to build proficiency in routine tasks and depth of knowledge with hands on experience.
Feature Editor
The Carolina Panthers are looking for a Feature Editor. This role will help in the production of feature stories and episodic content along with other video needs across the organization. The ideal candidate possesses the skill set of an experienced editor and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Plumber
The Plumber position will assist with all plumbing operations at Bank of America Stadium. Position will be required to fix and install plumbing fixtures. Plumber is responsible for building PMs, as well as, maintaining existing systems.
HVAC Technician
The HVAC Technician will assist the maintenance department working mechanical HVAC systems, electrical control systems, and the stadium BMS.
Ticket Operations Event Day Associate
Help in all areas of the Event Day Ticket Operations from the beginning of the day to the end of the event for all events at Bank of America Stadium.
Director of Business Analytics
The Director of Business Analytics is responsible for overseeing the use of data and analytics to perform complex problem solving and research to support the business operations of Tepper Sports & Entertainment, which includes the NFL's Carolina Panthers, MLS's Charlotte FC, and Bank of America Stadium events.
Manager of Business Strategy
The Manager of Business Strategy is responsible for overseeing the long-term strategic planning process and projects that impact our future ambitions of Tepper Sports & Entertainment, which includes the NFL's Carolina Panthers, MLS's Charlotte FC, and Bank of America Stadium events.
Marketing Analytics Manager
Tepper Sports & Entertainment, the parent company for the NFL's Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC, is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager who will analyze all marketing campaign performance and provide insights with the purpose of informing future digital marketing strategies.
Senior Digital Partnerships Coordinator
The Senior Digital Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for guiding the strategy, creation, and placement of sponsored content across all owned digital platforms. This role will drive revenue, increase value for our corporate partners, and increase authentic fan engagement, impact, and reach for the Carolina Panthers-owned and operated digital and social platforms.
Security Officer
The Security Officer position is responsible for providing overall safety and security to all TSE facilities and all occupants within the facilities.
Digital Video Producer
The Carolina Panthers are looking for a video producer with experience creating various types of dynamic and engaging video content for posting across web and social platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge base of video production including producing, shooting, editing and motion graphics design, with a focus on social media video trends. This role requires the person to be able to work independently while collaborating with the Panthers digital team.
Accounting Manager
The Accounting Manager will be an integral part of the finance department of the Carolina Panthers with offices at Bank of America Stadium. The position will have a variety of responsibilities, which are described below. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Finance/Controller.
Sports Fields Assistant (Panthers)
This position is responsible for assisting in the execution of the operational plans and procedures of Sports fields at the facilities managed by Tepper Sports & Entertainment including, but not limited to, Bank of America Stadium, Atrium Health Practice Facility, and McAlpine Park Training Facility.
Head of Engineering & Sustainability
As a valuable leader on the Stadium team, this position is responsible for the safe, efficient, sustainable and reliable physical operation and maintenance of Bank of America Stadium, Atrium Health Dome and Atrium Health Performance Park. Reporting to the Chief Venues Officer, the Head of Stadium Engineering & Sustainability will act as a leader in operational efficiencies, innovation, and excellence to create the ultimate athlete, employee and fan experience at all Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE) venues & events.
Associate - Sports Fields
This position is responsible for assisting in the execution of the operational plans and procedures of Sports fields at the facilities managed by Tepper Sports & Entertainment including, but not limited to, Bank of America Stadium, Atrium Health Practice Facility, and McAlpine Park Training Facility.
Sr. Marketing Automation Manager
Tepper Sports & Entertainment, the parent company for the NFL's Carolina Panthers, MLS's Charlotte FC and Bank of America Stadium, is seeking an experienced and innovation Marketing Automation Manager. This position, which will sit on the Digital Marketing team, will manage and execute the day-to-day operations of the email marketing efforts for the Carolina Panthers and Bank of America Stadium.
Project Manager
The project manager will work closely with the project team while managing the day-to-day project requirements. These activities include: A&E interface, RFI tracking, submittals, project schedule, project financial tracking, coordination with GC'sl, subcontractors & suppliers, reviewing documentation, manage OAC's, attend site meetings and supporting the project throughout design, build, punch-list detail and closeout.
Ticket Sales Account Executive- Panthers
This position is responsible for providing extreme customer service to all clients, including relationship building, day to day operations, written correspondence, phone calls, account inquiries, appointment scheduling, follow up.
Internships
The Carolina Panthers internship program offers opportunities to both current college students and recent college graduates looking to continue their professional development. Although limited, summer internships are occasionally available. Most internships are either seasonal (May-January) or year-round.
