HVAC Technician

The HVAC Technician will assist the maintenance department working mechanical HVAC systems, electrical control systems, and the stadium BMS.

Producer

The Producer position at Tepper Sports & Entertainment will help define both the production strategy and high level goals for the live events at Bank of America Stadium.  This position aims to entertain and engage spectators while also motivating the home team by creating and executing compelling content.

Social Media Producer

Are you someone who stays on top of trending topics, sports news, new music and fashion? Do you find ways to incorporate those into your work? The Carolina Panthers are looking for a Social Media Producer (who loves to think in TikTok audio) with experience creating content for social and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will love to push creative boundaries, and help ideate and execute engaging content that fits the @Panthers meme-friendly voice.

Assistant - Sports Field

This position is responsible for the day-to-day Bank of America Stadium & Practice field maintenance and preparation.

Structural Maintenance Assistant

The Structural Maintenance Assistant position performs preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the facility, primarily waterproofing and concrete repair.  The role assists in keeping the stadium in a visually pleasant and functioning state through repair in trades including, but not limited to paint, drywall, carpet, seats, millwork, ceiling tile removal and installation and various other general maintenance preventative issues.  This position works to build proficiency in routine tasks and depth of knowledge with hands-on experience.

Facility Maintenance & Repair Assistant

The Facility Maintenance & Repair Assistant position performs general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.  The role assists in keeping the stadium in a visually pleasant and functioning state through repair in trades including, but not limited to paint, drywall, carpet, seats, millwork, ceiling tile removal and installation and various other general maintenance preventative issues.  This position works to build proficiency in routine tasks and depth of knowledge with hands on experience.

Audio Visual Technician

The Audio Visual Technician is a hands-on role involved in many aspects of the day to day technical needs of Bank of America Stadium, as it relates to Live Events, Broadcast Production and Panthers/Charlotte FC games. The position will report to the Sr. Director / Executive Producer of Game Presentation and Production; they will work closely with outside vendors, Stadium Operations, Live Events Producer and Event Operations.

Feature Editor

The Carolina Panthers are looking for a Feature Editor. This role will help in the production of feature stories and episodic content along with other video needs across the organization. The ideal candidate possesses the skill set of an experienced editor and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Broadcast/Digital Media Producer

The Carolina Panthers are looking for an experienced video producer and editor. This role will be responsible for the planning, building and production of our weekly television show 'Panthers Huddle,' as well as producing and editing supplemental content for both broadcast and digital media. The ideal candidate possesses the skill set of an experienced editor and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

CRM Manager

Tepper Sports & Entertainment, the parent company to the NFL's Carolina Panthers, MLS's Charlotte Football Club, and Bank of America Stadium events, is looking for a CRM & Database Manager to help lead the strategic development and execution of our CRM & database management, workflow, and optimization.

Assistant Construction Project Manager/Coordinator

The assistant construction project manager/coordinator will work closely with the project team while assisting with the day-to-day project requirements. These activities may include RFI's, submittals, project plans, coordination with general contractors, subcontractors & suppliers, reviewing documentation, attending site meetings and supporting the project manager throughout construction and closeout.

Stadium Operations Coordinator

This position is responsible for all aspects of Stadium Operations, which is inclusive of: general stadium upkeep, major stadium event set-up and breakdown, as well as support for all operations and events.

Premium Sales Account Executive

This position will have sales and service responsibilities spanning the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte FC and stadium events.

Plumber

The Plumber position will assist with all plumbing operations at Bank of America Stadium. Position will be required to fix and install plumbing fixtures. Plumber is responsible for building PMs, as well as, maintaining existing systems.

HVAC Technician

The HVAC Technician will assist the maintenance department working mechanical HVAC systems, electrical control systems, and the stadium BMS.

Electrician

The Unlimited Electrician position will be responsible for all electrical needs at Bank of America Stadium.

Video Coordinator

The video coordinator works in the football video department and handles practice and game filming, film exchange, scout film cataloguing and other responsibilities.

Special Event Operations Coordinator

This position is responsible for assisting the Special Events Operations Manager by planning and executing private events as assigned at Bank of America Stadium.

Ticket Operations Assistant

The Ticket Operations Assistant positions will assist with the daily customer service and account maintenance for all PSL and Club Seat Owners. The position will act on behalf of the Carolina Panthers in a customer service and sales oriented role while representing the Carolina Panthers in a professional manner at all times and providing the highest form of customer service.

Legends Director

The Legends Director is a critical component to the team's dedication and efforts to support its players throughout the entirety of their career and beyond. This role is actively involved in the off-the-field development of players and their transition away from the game and is primarily tasked with establishing long-lasting, meaningful relationships predicated on trust, creating and executing holistic Legends programs, as well as identifying resources and events aimed at both the personal and professional growth and the wellbeing of former players.

Training Coordinator

This position is responsible for all aspects of stadium safety and security training program, which is inclusive of designing course material, scheduling trainings for staff and record keeping.

Internships

The Carolina Panthers internship program offers opportunities to both current college students and recent college graduates looking to continue their professional development. Although limited, summer internships are occasionally available. Most internships are either seasonal (May-January) or year-round. While the number of internships varies from season to season, internships are typically offered in the following areas:

Fellowships

Fellowships with the Tepper Sports & Entertainment are 12-month, rotational internships that are designed to provide a meaningful professional experience across multiple departments throughout the organization. These opportunities allow the participants to gain knowledge in various areas of the business, providing a well-rounded experience so that they garner an understanding of what a career in each line of the business in sports would entail.
