Security Officer

The Venue Security Officer is responsible for supporting the overall safety and security of the facility, its employees, and guests. This role is responsible for ensuring a secure environment and reactive duties to address incidents. The Officer is responsible for protecting people, property, and assets while enforcing safety protocols.

Safety & Compliance Coordinator

The Safety & Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the organization adheres to regulatory, safety, and operational standards. This individual will manage administrative duties related to compliance, schedule and oversee inspections, develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordinate safety committees, and work proactively to ensure the safety and security of the organization's facilities.

Team Member - Guest Experience

As an extension of Tepper Sports and Entertainment, the Guest Experience Team is committed to providing excellent customer service to guests visiting Bank of America Stadium. Each member of the Guest Experience Team is knowledgeable of the stadium and its policies, dedicated to supporting each of the stadium's events and committed to improving the fan experience. We share the Carolina Panthers'/ Charlotte FC's vision of what a positive game day experience should be for our guests. This team sets the tone for delivering exceptional service by anticipating the guests' needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Senior Manager - Partnership Marketing - TSE

The Partnership Marketing Sr. Manager manages the day-to-day relationships with select Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC partners, including account management, contract fulfillment, and retention efforts, with the goal of successfully providing our partners with best-in-class service and flawless execution.

Associate Counsel

The Associate Counsel position supports all business units of Tepper Sports & Entertainment ("TSE"), namely the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Football Club (and its affiliates) and Bank of America Stadium, with respect to their business interests in various commercial matters.  This includes drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with vendors, sponsors, and other counterparties, which necessitates working closely with various departments within TSE and its related entities to anticipate, identify and manage liability areas and legal exposure.

HVAC Technician

Lead the preventative maintenance and repairs on all HVAC equipment. Including critical cooling, pumps, chillers, cooling towers and Building Automation Systems. Assist with preventative maintenance and repair of stadium refrigeration. Provide HVAC support for all stadium events. Develop and maintain CMMS work order system for preventative maintenance and repair of all HVAC equipment at Bank of America Stadium, DAS Building, Future Panthers Fieldhouse and Sales office and experience center.

Manager - Premium Services - TSE

The Premium Services Manager leads the strategy, retention, and growth of Tepper Sports & Entertainment's premium membership portfolio while delivering exceptional experiences for some of the organization's most valued members and partners. Reporting to the Director of Premium Services, this role will help guide the evolution of the premium business through stadium renovations, new premium offerings, enhanced member benefits, and innovative hospitality experiences designed to redefine the future of Bank of America Stadium.

Conversion Technician

The Conversions Technician supports stadium operations by executing event setups, strikes, and daily operational tasks across multiple departments. This role works closely with the IATSE Steward and various internal teams to complete conversion projects, set up private and public events, and support daily facility needs. Responsibilities include leading conversions such as field LEDs, concert flooring, and gate sets; assisting with mailroom and loading dock functions; organizing FF&E; and conducting building checks with Maintenance before events. The position requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Stadium Renovation Center & Hospitality Coordinator

The Stadium Renovation Center & Hospitality Coordinator serves as the primary front desk and concierge representative for the Sales Experience Center, delivering a professional, welcoming, and high‑quality experience for all guests, clients, and prospects. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, including guest check‑ins, appointment verification, service standards, and scheduling coverage, while maintaining a polished, guest‑ready environment aligned with brand expectations.

In addition to daily operations, this role supports revenue's senior leadership and the Chief of Staff, Revenue, with hospitality and client experience initiatives, including event-day execution, VVIP hosting, sales-driven events, and other administrative duties. Through strong organization, attention to detail, and hands-on execution, this role contributes to relationship-building, revenue opportunities, and the continuous improvement of the overall client experience.

Producer/Editor

This position will be part of the small team responsible for the production of the Carolina Panthers Long-Form shows (e.g. Panthers Blueprint), Mic'd Up content, player features as well as other documentaries. The ideal candidate for this role will need experience producing/editing and an ability to serve as the primary producer for segments and features as assigned.

Senior Director - Partnership Sales

The Senior Director of Partnership Sales oversees all aspects of corporate partnership sales revenue for TSE. This role leads the Partnerships Sales Team, responsible for driving new business and partner renewals across the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte FC, TSE Venues—including Bank of America Stadium, Atrium Health Training Facility, Atrium Health Performance Park and any future planned venues—and TSE Live Events. This position and department will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, ticket sales, operations, finance and other core shared services.

Internships

The Carolina Panthers internship program offers opportunities to both current college students and recent college graduates looking to continue their professional development. Although limited, summer internships are occasionally available. Most internships are either seasonal (May-January) or year-round. Fellowships with the Tepper Sports & Entertainment are 12-month, rotational internships that are designed to provide a meaningful professional experience across multiple departments throughout the organization.
