Facility Manager

The Facility Manager position utilizes advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This position works with limited supervision and monitors building system operations and performance. A large responsibility of this position is preparing the building for major stadium events including NFL, college football, soccer and concert events.

Retail Marketing Manager

Tepper Sports & Entertainment, the parent company for the NFL's Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC, is actively seeking a creative and passionate Retail Marketing Manager to oversee the retail operation for both teams and Bank of America Stadium with the goal of elevating brand awareness, fan affinity, engagement and revenue for the brands through the retail and merchandising platforms for all properties and events.

Associate Producer/Editor

The Carolina Panthers are in the search for an Associate Producer/Editor. This role is responsible for the visual production of the Carolina Panthers long-form, documentary and episodic series content. The ideal candidate possesses the skill set of an experienced editor and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Business Strategy & Analytics Manager

The Business Strategy & Analytics (BSA) team at Tepper Sports & Entertainment, the parent company for the NFL's Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC, is actively seeking a Business Strategy & Analytics Manager to help drive business performance and fan experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-performing work environment.

Group Sales Account Executive

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, this position will help drive revenue through group ticket initiatives in both planning and execution.

Ticket Sales Account Executive

Reporting to the Ticket Sales Manager, this position will be responsible for selling PSLs, season tickets, single-game tickets and group tickets through sales calls, account promotions and various events.

Video Producer

The Producer position at Tepper Sports & Entertainment will help define both the production strategy and high level goals for the live events at Bank of America Stadium.  This position aims to entertain and engage spectators while also motivating the home team by creating and executing compelling content.

Partnerships Business Analyst

A part of the Business Strategy & Analytics team, this position will have a direct hand in leveraging both internal and third-party data sources to assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining a data-driven strategy to support Corporate Partnerships sales and service efforts for the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte FC, and Tepper Sports & Entertainment initiatives.

Youth Football Coordinator

The Youth Football Coordinator position is responsible for implementation and support of all youth and high school football efforts and messaging, as well as Play 60 youth fitness and wellness efforts. The coordinator serves as a liaison between all youth and high school football programs in North and South Carolina, as well as the NFL and related team partners.


The Paralegal position supports the day-to-day activities of the Legal Department and all business units of the TSE family.  This includes assisting in the preparation of legal documents, managing the status of pending and completed agreements, assist in the management of litigation (including but not limited to workers' compensation and employment matters); execution and implementation of legal approvals and working closely with business units to identify and assist with the departments legal needs.


The Carolina Panthers internship program offers opportunities to both current college students and recent college graduates looking to continue their professional development. Although limited, summer internships are occasionally available. Most internships are either seasonal (May-January) or year-round.
