Trane Technologies and the Panthers hosted Numbers Crunch Full Contact Math Competition presented by to celebrate mathletes and their problem-solving skills. The top three finishing schools received grant funding to support their school's math program.

The Carolina Panthers are bringing high school football back to Bank of America Stadium on Thursday, August 22, for the Keep Pounding High School Classic, a season-opening regional double-header featuring the Independence Patriots facing the Myers Park Mustangs, followed by the Providence Day Chargers and Weddington Warriors. The Carolina Panthers, Bank of America, and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools encouraged 3^rd grader students from seventy CMS elementary schools as part of the team's Sir Purr's Pawsome Readers Program. The semester-long program encourages young readers to improve literacy rates and reach grade-level reading proficiency through reading incentives in the classroom and year-end measurements of reading scores.

The Carolina Panthers and GMC honored Irmo (SC) High School head football coach Aaron Brand during a surprise ceremony January 5, 2024 with the team's High School Coach of the Year Award.

The Panthers partnered with Wake County Public School System Thurs Jan 11 to launch the district's inaugural Women's High School Flag Football League during a special event at Millbrook High School.  Panthers Charities provided $50,000 in grant funding plus new Nike uniforms for each of the 20 participating schools to help support the program's launch.

Daniel Barbour hasn't had your typical childhood. At 7 years old he was diagnosed with a tumor on his brain stem. He's fought through surgeries and chemotherapy.. all while being a huge Panthers fan. So it was an easy choice when Daniel was offered a wish from the Make-A-Wish foundation.. he chose to go to a Panthers Game.. Watch as Daniel got to live that wish out on Christmas eve.

The Carolina Panthers partnered this week with Charlotte non-profit Exposure Project for a special program to inspire and support family connectivity and communication. The Exposure Project's "Family Bake Off" challenged families to work together to bake, decorate and present homemade cakes in a judged competition led by Panthers players.

As families worked together to find out whose cake would make the cut… the real secret ingredient was learning the value and importance of communicating with each other...which made everyone a winner!

In partnership with Honeywell, local middle school students competed in this year's Future Shaper Sustainability Challenge to create innovative projects to encourage sustainable recycling on gameday. Ikem Ekwonu served a judge this year and awarded Lake Norman Chapter as the winner.

The Carolina Panthers visited Fort Jackson, the U.S. Army's main production center for Basic Combat Training. Players, TopCats, and Sir Purr participated in training exercises such as rappelling down Victory Tower and Drill Sergeant School Training. The day ended with a visit to military personnel and their families.

The Carolina Panthers hosted the 11U Pop Warner league Championship at Bank of America Stadium featuring the MARA Colts and Mallard Creek Chargers.  Panthers players Jonathan Mingo and Jammie Robinson were on hand to support the teams.  The game was also part of the Panthers Emmy Award-winning Little Panthers Game of the Month TV series, which has provided youth football players the thrill of playing in a televised game since 2003. The championship game aired on WMYT-TV.

Druid Hills Academy, River Oaks Academy, and Villa Heights Elementary participated in a high-energy, exciting field day celebrating their growth in reading skills.

The David and Nicole Tepper Foundation announced its support of The Umbrella Center by pledging $2 million to aid in the construction of Charlotte-Mecklenburg's first family justice center. 

Nike 11-On Tournament held at the Carolina Panthers Practice Fields and Atrium Health Dome. The teams competing in the tournament were Providence Day (NC), West Charlotte (NC), Reidsville (NC), A.C. Flora (SC), Northwestern (SC), and South Florence (SC). The Providence Day Chargers won the Nike 11-On for the third year in a row!

The Panthers, in partnership with Atrium Health, promoted health and wellness in the Charlotte community over the weekend, offering life-saving screenings to local student-athletes.

The Carolina Panthers and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Athletics celebrated the conclusion of the second season of the CMS Girls High School Flag Football League with a championship tournament at Bank of America Stadium Saturday May 13. The Chambers Cougars claimed their second straight league championship with a 32-20 victory over the Phillip O. Berry Cardinals.

The upcoming season will continue to highlight inspiring women across the Carolinas who are leaders within the community.
