"There's a lot of new ideas, new energy, and new people," the quarterback said.

The Panthers receiver talked about his first time meeting coach Dave Canales and the energy in the building.

"I want to challenge every single spot," said coach Canales said when asked about building the roster.

Jackson talked about his passion for learning the game and his relationship with Dan Morgan that led him to the Panthers.

Robinson spoke about leadership and maximize opportunities as a player on and off the field.

"For me it was the coaches. I wanted some familiarity and I felt like I played my best ball under them," Jewell said when asked about coming to Carolina.

Goodwin talked to the media about his confidence in the run game and the talent he sees in the offensive line.

"There's a familiarity and trust with me and Dave that runs pretty deep," the new offensive coordinator said as he addressed the media for the first time.

Smith spoke for the first time since becoming the Panthers special teams coordinator and addressed the new kickoff rules, his possible returners and more.

The recently extended defensive tackle answered questions about his new contract and excitement about getting back to work.
