Mock Draft Report 6.0

All eyes are on offensive linemen and defensive backs in this week's Mock Draft Report.

UTEP guard Will Hernandez has become the trendiest projection for Carolina's first-round pick, and Peter Schrager of NFL.com is the latest to go that route. But Kolton Miller is a relatively new name. The UCLA offensive tackle was mocked to the Panthers by Bleacher Report’s Chris Roling.

As for the defensive backs, Dan Kadar of SB Nation went with a "surprise first-round party crasher" in Wake Forest safety Jessie Bates.

Iowa cornerback Josh Jackson is another popular projection, and Josh Norris thinks Carolina is still willing to add at that position early in the draft despite signing Ross Cockrell.

And to wrap things up, Colorado cornerback Isaiah Oliver gets the double-feature. Danny Kelly of The Ringer and Will Brinson of CBS Sports both agree that corner is a major area of need for the Panthers.
