CHARLOTTE — The NFL combine is over and teams are preparing for the draft with a whole new crop of information and insight into prospects.
The Panthers pick 19th overall this year, which means there are dozens of possibilities to discuss over the next two months.
Mock drafts have picked up now that the combine is over and Pro Days are beginning. Here are the latest projects for the Panthers from media outlets.

OT Kadyn Proctor, Alabama
While the Panthers just recently signed Packers left tackle Rasheed Walker, it's still smart for them to get as much protection in front of quarterback Bryce Young. Proctor's an athletic left tackle considering his tremendous size (6-foot-7, 350 pounds).
S Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, Toledo
Three safeties in the top 20! McNeil-Warren deserves to be here; he has the speed and instincts to make plays, accumulating 10 forced fumbles and five interceptions over his four seasons at Toledo. Carolina focused on defense this month, signing edge rusher Jaelan Phillips and linebacker Devin Lloyd to sizable contracts. It also brought back safety Nick Scott alongside Tre'von Moehrig, but McNeil-Warren could make a big impact in the secondary and give the team some options.
WR KC Concepcion, Texas A&M
The Panthers add more firepower for Bryce Young. With his ability to separate before and after the catch, Concepcion forms a strong pass-catching trio with Tetairoa McMillan and Jalen Coker.
DL Caleb Banks, Florida
Banks broke his foot at the NFL combine, but before that, he was having arguably the best pre-draft process of any defensive lineman. Although injury also limited him to just 96 snaps in 2025, he has rare athleticism for his size. We'll have to see if the injury impacts his draft stock.
DL Peter Woods, Clemson
This should finish the Panthers' multi-year defensive line makeover. Peter Woods is a much more complete three-technique than Tershawn Wharton and should take early-down snaps from the veteran defensive tackle. Alongside Derrick Brown, Jaelan Phillips and Nic Scourton, it could become a formidable unit.
