Mock Draft Report 8.0

With the draft about a week away, secondary continues to be the primary position for mock drafters trying to forecast what the Panthers will do at No. 24 come the first round of the NFL Draft on April 26.

The newest batch of mock drafts didn't offer any new names either, with Charlotte native Jaire Alexander showing up again as a part of a trio of cornerbacks. This marks the fourth consecutive week where at least three of the six mock draft spots have been occupied by defensive backs, with safeties like Justin Reid and Ronnie Harrison filling the holes in recent weeks.

Interior offensive linemen have had a pretty consistent presence in the report to date, and that continues this week with past favorites Will Hernandez and Isaish Wynn returning to the list. And no mock draft report would be complete without a wide receiver, as Josh Norris of Rotoworld became the latest to tout the virtues of D.J. Moore as a first-rounder for the Panthers.
