Julius Peppers stops by Panthers training camp

"I'm very excited to go out there and show them the reason they drafted me," the Kentucky product said.

"We wanna get this team back to the top where it belongs and that's the only thing that I want to prove," the safety said.

Canales gave injury updates and inactives ahead of Thursday nights preseason game against New England.

Young spoke about how the team has come in with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn.

Sanders spoke about the lessons he's learned from teammates Tommy Tremble and Ian Thomas in training camp.

Canales said he's seen good focus from players as they continue to add to their workload.

"I'm definitely more consistent with my sets. I still have a ways to go, but I'm proud of my progress so far," said the offensive tackle.

The running back also praised the offense for stepping up in Sunday's practice after a slow start.
