The Carolina Panthers International Fan of the Year, David Löbbert, came all the way from Germany to attend the NFL draft, and what a time he had. For the honor, David got to meet Panthers Legend Muhsin Mugammad, as well as announce the Panthers' fourth round pick, Ja'tavion Sanders.
