CHARLOTTE - After making four trades that turned two Day 2 picks into three and concluded with five picks for Saturday, Carolina will have an opportunity to add to an already impressive haul of players.

Last night, general manager Scott Fitterer talked about moving down and finding prospects in "clumps on [the] board that we valued." He will get another shot to do that today with a pick in the fourth round (109), fifth round (158) and three in the sixth round (193, 204, 222).

This morning, NFL.com's Daniel Jeremiah updated his best prospects still available to give fans a look at some of the names they might hear on Saturday.

Defensively, the list includes LB Jabril Cox (LSU), EDGE Elerson Smith (Northern Iowa), CB Zech McPhearson (Texas Tech), EDGE Cameron Sample (Tulane), LB Derrick Barnes (Purdue), CB Tre Brown (Oklahoma), S Richard LeCounte III (Georgia) and DT Daviyon Nixon (Iowa).

On the offensive side, Carolina could find depth at running back and along the line with RB Michael Carter (UNC), C Drew Dalman (Stanford), RB Kenneth Gainwell (Memphis), T James Hudson (Cincinnati) and G Jaylon Moore (Western Michigan).
