DT Neblett suspended

Carolina Panthers defensive tackle Andre Neblett has been suspended without pay for the team's first four games of the 2012 regular season for violating the NFL policy on performance enhancing substances. 

He will be eligible to return to the Panthers' active roster on Monday, Oct. 1 following the team's game against the Atlanta Falcons on Sept. 30. Neblett may participate in all offseason and preseason practices and games.

The two-year veteran played in 12 games with four starts last season and posted 21 tackles, 2.5 sacks and two fumble recoveries.
