CHARLOTTE – All tickets to Fan Fest presented by Lowe's have been reserved.

The free tickets were made available Friday morning on Ticketmaster, and approximately 60,000 were claimed, with a few single seats remaining. The limit was set at approximately 60,000 due to space requirements for a post-practice fireworks show.

"We are incredibly thankful for our fans' passionate support and their interest in attending Fan Fest," said Phil Youtsey, executive director of ticketing and sponsorship. "Our intent all along was to keep this event available and open to the public as in years past. We apologize for any difficulties that were encountered during the ticket acquisition process. Due to the overwhelming demand the ticket system was put under extreme stress and orders were processed slower than usual. We'll continue to look for ways to improve going forward."

Last year's Fan Fest crowd was larger than anticipated, creating challenges in managing the event. This year's event was ticketed with reserve seating to ensure a safer and more enjoyable fan experience at Bank of America Stadium.

Measures were taken to prevent re-sales on secondary markets, and registered users were permitted to reserve no more than six tickets.
