ATLANTA - Georgia native Charles Johnson is active for the Panthers' last game at the Georgia Dome.
The defensive end, who has 6.5 sacks in his last four road games against the Falcons, was questionable with a quad injury. Defensive end Larry Webster, just signed off the practice squad, is inactive. Panthers inactives:
