CHARLOTTE - With his former team in town, wide receiver Russell Shepard is inactive with a shoulder injury. As a result, wideout Mose Frazier - signed off the practice squad on Friday - will be active for Sunday's home finale against the Buccaneers.
Guard/center Tyler Larsen is back after missing the last two games with a foot injury and will be available to back up both Ryan Kalil at center and Amini Silatolu at right guard. Silatolu is set to start for the second consecutive game with Trai Turner still in the concussion protocol.
