CHARLOTTE - Defensive end Mario Addison, the Panthers' season sack leader, is active after missing the last two games with a foot injury.
The return of a player with 6.5 sacks would be welcomed at any point, but that's especially the case with fellow defensive end Charles Johnson out with a hamstring injury. Addison just returned to practice Friday.
As announced by the team Saturday, linebacker Luke Kuechly is out for a third consecutive game. He remains in the concussion protocol, but safety Kurt Coleman and cornerback Daryl Worley are out of the protocol and back on the active list. Panthers inactives:
