THE CASE FOR MILLS: Brian Allee-Walsh of the New Orleans Sun Herald makes the Hall of Fame case for Sam Mills, who played for both the Saints and Panthers during his 11-year NFL career. After nine seasons in New Orleans, Mills went on to spend his final three with the Panthers before joining Carolina's coaching staff for an another seven seasons. Mills was selected as a Hall of Fame semifinalist for the first time last week.
