Panthers COO Tina Becker resigns

The Carolina Panthers announced today that Chief Operating Officer Tina Becker has resigned. Becker worked for the Panthers for 19 seasons, serving as COO since December 2017.

Becker joined the Panthers full-time in 1999, working her way up through the organization and serving in key roles along the way, including directing the organization's business and administrative priorities, as well as dealing with league affairs.

She worked closely over the years with all facets of the organization, including business operations, ticketing and sponsorship, stadium operations, entertainment and fan engagement. Prior to joining the owner's office, Becker served as the team's director of entertainment from 2012-14.

In addition to her business and operations contributions, Becker was responsible for oversight and execution of prominent special events for the team. She worked with executive director of stadium operations Scott Paul to conduct a seven-year research effort to usher in new fan experience initiatives at Bank of America Stadium, which resulted in imaginative game day entertainment, traffic and parking management, and pregame interactive areas.

There is no immediate replacement for her position.
