SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Panthers have added a much-needed healthy player to their defensive tackle rotation, signing Connor Wujciak.

To make room on the 90-man roster, the Panthers waived/injured Drew Iddings, one of several sidelined defensive tackles. Iddings was signed earlier in training camp.

Wujciak spent last offseason with the Eagles as an undrafted rookie after amassing 112 tackles – including 21.5 for loss – as a three-year starter in the middle of Boston College's defensive line.

The Panthers need healthy players at the position with rotational players Vernon Butler and Kyle Love as well as Toby Johnson currently not practicing because of injuries.
