Panthers to hold draft party

CHARLOTTE - Kick off your NFL Draft weekend at the 2015 Carolina Panthers Draft Party presented by Bud Light.

The party is scheduled for Thursday, April 30 – the first day of the draft – from 6:30-9 p.m. at Hickory Tavern near uptown Charlotte (1100 Metropolitan Avenue). Admission is free.

Members of Carolina's 2014 draft class, Sir Purr and TopCats are scheduled to appear. Panthers Radio Network play-by-play announcer Mick Mixon and color analyst Eugene Robinson will provide draft insight in the outdoor pavilion.

Activities include face painting, balloon artists, cornhole and prize giveaways. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
