Ryan Delaire placed on IR; Larry Webster promoted

CHARLOTTE – Defensive end Ryan Delaire (knee) has been placed on injured reserve, and defensive end Larry Webster has been signed from the practice squad to fill in ahead of the regular season finale at Tampa Bay.

This is the second time Delaire has been placed on IR. He was placed on IR after three games with a knee injury but was activated and returned to the lineup in Week 13. The second-year defensive end posted one sack and six tackles in six games played in 2016.

Webster has been in the league since 2014 but is yet to play in an NFL game.
