Eric Reid is a freak athlete.
He provided further evidence Tuesday after getting into the weight room following practice.
Reid posted a video of him performing a box jump on Instagram, and it's quite impressive (kudos to assistant strength coach Jason Benguche with the camera skills). The box, which comes up to his chest, is cleared rather easily by the 6-foot-1, 215-pound safety.
And you've got to love the reactions from cornerback James Bradberry and defensive end Bryan Cox Jr. Reid himself doesn't make much of a show of it. Easy work, as Cam Newton would say.
