WR Funchess signs contract

CHARLOTTE – Wide receiver Devin Funchess – Carolina's second-round draft choice – signed his contract on Monday.

With Funchess signed, all five members of the Panthers' 2015 draft class are now under contract.

Funchess finished his three-year career at Michigan with 126 receptions for 1,715 yards and 15 touchdowns. The Panthers traded their second, third and sixth-round pick to move up 16 spots in the second round and select the former Wolverine.
