CHARLOTTE – Rookie wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin is questionable with a concussion for Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers.

Benjamin, who suffered the concussion last week against the Cincinnati Bengals and did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday, practiced fully on Friday.

"He is still in the protocol," Rivera said. "He looked good on the field. I thought he practiced well. He was sharp. I really don't think he had a (mental error). He took a lot of reps today, which I understand is part of the protocol."

At running back, Jonathan Stewart, who hasn't played since Week 3 because of a knee injury, will start.

Chris Ogbonnaya and Darrin Reaves, who is questionable with a calf injury, will likely serve as the backups. Fozzy Whittaker is doubtful with a thigh injury, and DeAngelo Williams is likely out for the third consecutive game with an ankle injury.

Cornerback Josh Norman is probable, but he is still in the concussion protocol and Rivera is uncertain he'll play. Rivera said Antoine Cason, Melvin White and James Dockery took the majority of the reps at cornerback, while Charles Godfrey took the bulk of the reps at nickel with rookie Bene Benwikere doubtful (ankle).
