Cam Newton named Week 11 NFLPA Community MVP

The NFLPA named quarterback Cam Newton its Week 11 Community MVP for serving a holiday meal to 1,200 underprivileged kids at his annual Thanksgiving Jam.

As a result, the NFLPA will make a $10,000 donation to Newton's foundation or charity of choice.

"I feel like I'm in a position where so many people look at me and what I do," Newton said at his Thanksgiving Jam, "and I just want to be able to kind of give back as much as possible so the next person that may be in my position will do the same."
