Career Highlights: Under Chadwick's direction, the Mavericks have compiled a 22-6 record, been co-champions of the Southern Carolina Conference and won the school's first playoff game since opening in 2007.

Community Service: Last January, players helped build a house with Habitat for Humanity in Waxhaw and plan to do so again later this year. At the Mavericks' 2010 home opener, the team held a school supply collection for less fortunate students in Union County. The team also dedicated its last regular season home game to breast cancer awareness, collecting donations and encouraging fans to wear pink. "The Cure Starts Now" game raised $1,000 for Komen for the Cure.

Quote: "One of the best things about working at Marvin Ridge is the community that we are a part of. The high school is the center of the community. Nowhere is this more evident than on Friday nights for home football games. It is being able to play and coach in this community that makes it so important for us as a football program to give back. We emphasize that our players give back to the community by simply being good citizens."
