Legends team of former Panthers shakes off rust, shows off skills in Weekend Warrior tournament

A Carolina Panthers "Legends" team comprised of former players competed in the Carolina Panthers' 16th annual Weekend Warrior Flag Football Tournament at Bank of America Stadium.

Kevin Donnalley captained a team that included Mike Tolbert, Roman Harper, Chase Blackburn, Everette Brown and Chis Draft.

As you can see in the video and photo gallery, the former players were able to shake off the rust and show off their skills in the charity event. Kudos to Donnalley for an impassioned pregame speech and Tolbert for some ridiculously effective juke moves.

The team won its first two games Saturday in the Weekend Warrior division to qualify for Sunday's playoff round before falling to 4 Your Entertainment in the final qualifying game. The former players then opted to withdraw to open up another spot in the tournament's top division, which was won Sunday by Lions Elite. All told, 120 teams from around the country took part in the memorable weekend.

Here are the division champions:

Weekend Warrior: Lions Elite

Couch Potato Black: Frothy Boys

Couch Potato Blue: Hi-Five

Co-Ed: Charlotte's Finest

35 & Over: Playmakers
