Week 11 Wednesday Injury Report: Marquis Haynes held out

InjuryReport-week11-wed

CHARLOTTE — The Panthers have a reasonably short injury report, for this time of year.

Backup defensive end Marquis Haynes Sr. was the only player missing practice Wednesday, as he's dealing with a foot injury.

He was wearing a red jersey during practice. He played last week after being on the injury report, though he didn't have a status for the game, meaning it wasn't a serious issue.

Outside linebacker Frankie Luvu was the only player who was limited, as he's dealing with a shoulder injury. He was wearing a green jersey, which kept him out of contact.

The only other players on the report at all were cornerbacks Rashaan Melvin (hand) and Stantley Thomas-Oliver III (toe). Both were listed as full participants, after they missed last week's game.

Last week, they had nine players on the final report of the week, but veterans including Stephon Gilmore and Shaq Thompson and others aren't even listed this week.

Gilmore left the Arizona game briefly with a finger problem, but he returned to the game, and it's apparently no longer an issue.
