CHARLOTTE - The Panthers released the team's final injury report for Week 3, officially ruling out quarterback Cam Newton for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Newton did not participate in practice throughout the week because of a foot injury. Head coach Ron Rivera indicated that Kyle Allen will start at quarterback on Sunday.

Defensive lineman Kawann Short was listed as questionable for the game after missing practice throughout the week with a shoulder injury. Greg Olsen was a limited participant (back) in Wednesday's practice, but fully participated on Thursday and Friday. He is listed as questionable.

Rashaan Gaulden (groin), Bruce Irvin (hamstring) and Brandon Greene (neck) will not play at Arizona after not practicing this week.
