CHARLOTTE - The Panthers have listed their final injury report prior to Week 4 at Houston.

Carolina ruled out guard Trai Turner (ankle) and quarterback Cam Newton (foot) for the game. Turner didn't practice throughout the week after injuring his ankle in the win at Arizona.

Cornerback Donte Jackson (groin) did not practice on Friday, but his game status was listed as questionable. Jackson was limited on Wednesday and hasn't practiced since.

"He tweaked something on Wednesday," head coach Ron Rivera said. "He's done this before. He's continuing to get treatment and go through all the other stuff. We'll get him out early on Sunday and make sure."

Defensive tackle Kawann Short (shoulder) also did not practice all week, but he is listed as questionable for the game. Short did not play against the Cardinals last week.

Edge rushers Bruce Irvin (hamstring) and Marquis Haynes (elbow) both practiced fully on Friday, and were listed as questionable for the game. Rivera said on Thursday that he expects Irvin to play against the Texans.
