Week 4 Wednesday Injury Report: Trai Turner misses practice

CHARLOTTE - The Panthers released the first injury report of Week 4 with G Trai Turner Turner missing practice. Turner left Sunday's game at Arizona with an ankle injury.

Defensive tackle Kawann Short (shoulder) also missed practice. He was inactive in Sunday's game. A new addition to the injury report was Marquis Haynes (elbow), who did not participate in practice.

Cam Newton (foot) and Bruce Irvin (hamstring) did not practice on Wednesday. Irvin has yet to be active since injuring his hamstring in the preseason.

Carolina had three limited participants in practice in Donte Jackson (groin), Shaq Thompson (knee) and Greg Olsen (back).

Rashaan Gaulden (groin) returned to practice after being inactive in Sunday's game.
