The Venue Security Officer is responsible for supporting the overall safety and security of the facility, its employees, and guests. This role is responsible for ensuring a secure environment and reactive duties to address incidents. The Parking Coordinator supports the planning and execution of parking operations at Bank of America Stadium. This role assists with event and daily parking logistics, coordinates staffing, monitors traffic flow, and helps maintain vendor relationships and customer service standards. The Manager, Labor & Operations, is responsible for leading the venue's labor operations and overseeing event operations for private, internal, and major events. This role provides strategic direction for labor planning, resource allocation, and operational execution to ensure exceptional event delivery. The Manager serves as the primary liaison for all labor-related needs, manages vendor and union relationships, and ensures the venue operates at the highest standards of efficiency and guest satisfaction.
