Security Officer

The Venue Security Officer is responsible for supporting the overall safety and security of the facility, its employees, and guests. This role is responsible for ensuring a secure environment and reactive duties to address incidents. The Officer is responsible for protecting people, property, and assets while enforcing safety protocols.

Venue Presentation - Manager

The Manger of Venue Presentation reports to the Sr. Director of Engineering & Sustainability and is responsible for maintaining best-in-class cleanliness and operations standards in front of house spaces at Bank of America Stadium and Panthers practice facilities. Specific areas of responsibility include general repairs and maintenance, housekeeping operations, landfill/recycling/compost waste management, pest control, and oversight of the loading dock and offsite warehouse.

Safety & Compliance Coordinator

The Safety & Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the organization adheres to regulatory, safety, and operational standards. This individual will manage administrative duties related to compliance, schedule and oversee inspections, develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordinate safety committees, and work proactively to ensure the safety and security of the organization's facilities.

Electrician

The Electrician position will be responsible for all electrical needs at Bank of America Stadium.

Producer/Editor, Documentary and Feature Video

This position will be part of the small team responsible for the production of the Carolina Panthers Long-Form shows (e.g. Panthers Blueprint), Mic'd Up content, player features as well as other documentaries. The ideal candidate for this role will need experience producing/editing and an ability to serve as the primary producer for segments and features as assigned.

Editor, Documentary and Feature Video

This position will be part of the small team responsible for the production of the Carolina Panthers documentary shows (e.g. Panthers Blueprint), player features, Mic'd Up content as well as other documentaries. The ideal candidate possesses the skill set of an experienced narrative editor who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Corporate Partnership Marketing Fellow

This fellow will be responsible for supporting the department in the development and execution of the organization's corporate partnerships. This will be an opportunity to experience the day-to-day operations of the department by assisting in contract fulfillment through hospitality, partner activation, and proof of performance documentation.

Partnership Marketing - Manager

The Partnership Marketing Manager manages the day-to-day relationships with select Carolina Panthers partners, including account management, contract fulfillment, and retention efforts, with the goal of successfully providing our partners with best-in-class service and flawless execution.

Membership Services - Representative

The Membership Services Representative will be part of the team responsible for retaining and growing our PSL owner base through delivering first-class customer service, relationship building, and benefit development.

Event Day Associate - Ticket Operations – 2025

Help in all areas of the Event Day Ticket Operations from the beginning of the day to the end of the event for all events at Bank of America Stadium.

Premium Services Game Day Associate

The Premium Services Game Day Associate position will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to VIP guests, suite holders, and club members during NFL games, MLS matches, and special events at Bank of America Stadium. As a member of the Premium Services team, you'll assist in operating and supporting luxury suites, suite clubs, membership clubs, and hospitality villages, ensuring all premium guests enjoy a seamless, first-class experience.

Partnership Marketing Gameday Associate

This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day functions of the Partnership Services Department on Panthers gameday and game weeks.

Manager – Sporting – Football 2025

The Sporting Manager – Football is responsible for planning, executing, and managing NFL games and events at Bank of America Stadium. This position will oversee the development and leadership of a Sporting Coordinator - Football.

Security Operations Supervisor

The Security Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily shift security operations of Bank of America Stadium, including the supervision of security specialists and officers and the management of physical security systems. This role ensures the safety of guests, staff, and property by maintaining high standards of security protocol compliance, system functionality, and incident response readiness.

Security Console Operator

The Security Console Operator is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the venue's physical infrastructure, assets, and access control systems. This role focuses on daily operational oversight of security technologies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests, staff, and vendors. This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Coordinator - Parking & Transportation

The Parking Coordinator supports the planning and execution of parking operations at Bank of America Stadium. This role assists with event and daily parking logistics, coordinates staffing, monitors traffic flow, and helps maintain vendor relationships and customer service standards. The Parking Coordinator works closely with internal departments, local parking garages, and third-party partners to help ensure a safe, efficient, and positive parking experience for guests, staff, and stakeholders.

Manager - Labor & Conversions

The Manager, Labor & Operations, is responsible for leading the venue's labor operations and overseeing event operations for private, internal, and major events. This role provides strategic direction for labor planning, resource allocation, and operational execution to ensure exceptional event delivery. The Manager serves as the primary liaison for all labor-related needs, manages vendor and union relationships, and ensures the venue operates at the highest standards of efficiency and guest satisfaction. This position reports to the Director of Live Events & Venue Programming.

Supervisor - Labor & Conversions

This Supervisor, Labor and Conversions, will be responsible for the venue's labor team and event operations for private, internal and major events at Tepper Sports & Entertainment properties. This position will report to the Manager, Labor and Conversions.

Venue Programming Assistant

The Assistant, Venue Programming will be responsible for supporting the programming and event booking arm Tepper Sports & Entertainment. This position will report to the Director of Live Events & Venue Programming.

Senior Director, Head of Content

The Carolina Panthers are seeking a dynamic, positive leader to guide the strategy, tactical operations, and culture of the Club's content team. This established leader of people will oversee the teams responsible for social media, video production, radio and television broadcast production, reporting, editorial, team website and app, and production operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with and leading both high-performing creatives and strategists, and will be prepared to guide the Club to innovate and lead the League in an evolving media landscape.

Art Director

We're seeking a passionate and visionary Art Director to shape and lead the Carolina Panthers' visual identity across all platforms. This creative leader will transform strategic concepts into compelling, high-impact visuals that energize fans and elevate our brand presence, whether through digital, social, in-stadium, at retail, or through partnerships. Beyond hands-on design work, the Art Director will manage and inspire a talented team of designers to consistently deliver bold, breakthrough creative.

Senior Coordinator - Project Management

The Senior Coordinator, Project Management for the Carolina Panthers will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of high-impact creative initiatives across marketing, content, and brand teams. It will manage timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered with precision and creative excellence. Acting as a central hub between stake and creative teams, this role will help translate strategic goals into actionable plan, streamline communication, and champion process improvements that elevate the quality and efficiency of our creative output.

Team Photographer

The Carolina Panthers Team Photographer will serve as the secondary football photographer for the team, photographing all practices, games, and team shoots, in addition to other Club tentpole moments.

Associate Counsel

The Associate Counsel position supports all business units of Tepper Sports & Entertainment ("TSE"), namely the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Football Club (and its affiliates) and Bank of America Stadium, with respect to their business interests in various commercial matters. This includes drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with vendors, sponsors, and other counterparties, which necessitates working closely with various departments within TSE and its related entities to anticipate, identify and manage liability areas and legal exposure.

Senior Director - Procurement

The Senior Director of Procurement is a new role residing in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. This position is a significant contributor to the organizational value by designing, building, leading, and establishing the procurement function with a strong set of fundamental capabilities, influence the organization's NFL, MLS and live-event businesses by showcasing how strategic procurement and contracting can unlock new enterprise value, and embrace innovation to drive digital transformation. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working in lock‑step with the Vice President of Sponsorships, the role ensures that every dollar spent whether on player travel, stadium operations, fan experience, or corporate services, delivers maximum value, mitigates risk, and strengthens our commercial partnerships.

Internships

The Carolina Panthers internship program offers opportunities to both current college students and recent college graduates looking to continue their professional development. Although limited, summer internships are occasionally available. Most internships are either seasonal (May-January) or year-round. Fellowships with the Tepper Sports & Entertainment are 12-month, rotational internships that are designed to provide a meaningful professional experience across multiple departments throughout the organization.
