Christian McCaffrey discusses his diet, workout regimen with GQ

Christian McCaffrey's arms are getting a lot of attention.

Even GQ is writing about them!

OK, so the Q&A with Carolina's star running back is actually more about his diet and workout regimen, but still -- everyone wants to know how McCaffrey does it.

McCaffrey has done several interviews on the topic since partnering with Ascent Protein this offseason. Here are some of the highlights from this one with GQ:

-McCaffrey prefers at least nine hours of sleep

-He cut out chicken, tuna, wheat and soy from his diet

-He goes through at least a gallon-and-a-half of water each day

-Cool Ranch Doritos and Oreos are his guilty pleasure
