With over 25 years of experience in the field of human services, Angelia has made a lasting impact through her work supporting families and individuals in need. She currently serves as a Family Support Coordinator at Charlotte Family Housing, where she has been a valued and loved member for seven years. In her role, Angelia assists families in their healing journeys by teaching them essential self-care strategies, connecting them with resources, and helping them build a strong support system or "village."Outside of her professional work, Angelia is deeply committed to her family.

She and her husband, an Air Force veteran, are proud parents to a daughter, three sons, and grandparents to a 9-year-old grandson. When she's not advocating for others, Angelia enjoys traveling with her husband, fishing, gardening, reading, and cherishing quality time with her loved ones. A passionate supporter of the Carolina Panthers, Angelia is known for her enthusiasm and her motto, "Keep Pounding!"Guided by the words of Maya Angelou, Angelia believes in the power of kindness, saying, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.

A graduate of Morris College with a bachelor's degree in political science and a minor in Pre-Law. With 13 years of experience in nonprofit work, Daniel is deeply passionate about empowering families to reach their fullest potential. His dedication lies in fostering growth in education, social well-being, and youth development, creating pathways for stronger and more resilient communities. Daniel works closely with the volunteers and families at Families Forward Charlotte and is passionate about helping people gain their version of a "white picket fence" dream that they deserve!

Marnie Schneider's journey as a champion for the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) began at an early age. Marnie is the granddaughter of Leonard Tose, one of the original founders of the first Ronald McDonald House in 1974.As a national speaker, philanthropist, and author of the children's book series "Football Freddie," Marnie uses every platform to elevate the cause of RMHC. She is the queen of "YES WE CAN" – not only does Marnie dream big, but she also understands how to unite and inspire others. Marnie has tremendous influence over the positive outcomes of any idea, project, or event she creates or is involved with.From Long Beach, California, to Miami, Florida, and many places in between, regardless of where life takes Marnie, she embraces the global presence of RMHC and gets involved in local chapters. In 2021, Marnie joined the board of directors at RMHC of Greater Charlotte. Since moving to Charlotte, Marnie has been involved with the Greater Charlotte RMHC on so many levels. In 2020, Marnie helped to create a brand-new signature event model, Jerseys & Jewels: Huddle for the House, hosted in the Gallery Suites at the BOA Stadium, for which she has enthusiastically chaired each year. In only four years, this event raised nearly one million dollars for the RMHC of Greater Charlotte.

Marnie is not just a leader; she is a beacon of hope, a champion for families in need, and a true exemplar of the values upheld by Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Kelli Willoughby serves as the Executive Director of the USO in North Carolina after previously holding the position of Vice President of Programs and Human Resources. Kelli has over 20 years of experience working in nonprofit management and leadership. Her father was career Army and she continues to utilize skills and traits developed as a military child in her own career. Kelli has worked for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Feeding the Gulf Coast (FL) Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity, but she truly feels honored to serve with the USO North Carolina team in supporting our nation's military and their families. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration with a focus on Human Resources and a Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management, both from the University of Central Florida. She lives in Sanford, NC with her husband David and their children Caroline and Julian.

Kate Fellman has over 20 years of experience in community organizing and electoral politics. She launched You Can Vote (YCV) in 2014, following the US Supreme Court decision in Shelby v. Holder that rolled back key protections in the Voting Rights Act. YCV is a permanent educational campaign that provides localized, fact-based voting information, mobilizes volunteers to empower voters, and builds community leadership. Since 2014, YCV has educated and empowered millions of voters across the state of North Carolina and has grown exponentially to serve 64 counties (and counting!).

Megan Nelson is the Senior Director for Corporate Relations with the American Cancer Society. She has been with ACS for 10 years in various roles raising funds to further their mission to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research, and patient support, to ensure everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer. She is married to Matt and has two daughters, Morgan and Madelyn who are a senior and freshman at Fort Mill High School. Megan has been a constant cheerleader for the NFL's Crucial Catch initiative and worked with the Panthers to promote the cause throughout local High School Football Games.

Rachel Davis is an Army Veteran who served two deployments to Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne Division. Now, as the Metrolina Network Director at Veterans Bridge Home, she helps veterans connect to resources ranging from housing to benefits and employment. Rachel is married to a fellow Army Veteran, and together they are raising three boys. When she's not busy supporting her community, you can find her cheering on her favorite Panther, Chau Smith-Wade.

Week 2 vs. Chargers Winner - Amittay Rodríguez

Amittay Rodríguez was born in Havana, Cuba, in 1963. He grew up in a faith-filled family with pastor parents who founded several churches in the city. Amittay graduated as a Doctor of Medicine and served as a physician on the island for 20 years, specializing in Family Medicine and holding two master's degrees: one in Geriatrics and the other in Genetics. He is also a graduate of Baptist seminary and served as a pastor for 4 years in his homeland. Amittay was forced to flee Cuba due to political persecution and in 2009, he arrived in the United States seeking freedom and new opportunities. Over the past 15 years, he has served as one of the pastors at Camino Church, where he has been instrumental in establishing a statewide network of community leaders that work to support Hispanic communities in North Carolina.
