Brittany has cared for COVID-19 patients throughout this pandemic without complaining one bit. After having her first child on March 18th, she had all the reason in the world not to go back to caring for ICU patients in fear of catching COVID-19. The simple thought of contracting COVID and having to quarantine from her new born son would be devastating. She has been tested twice and they both came back negative. Her shifts require her to leave before her baby boy is awake and rarely allows her to make it home in time to kiss him goodnight. Very tough things to deal with but she does it because these patients need her and other medical personnel to get us through this tough period.
