PHOTOS: Keep Pounding Day 2022

Durham Public Schools hosted their League Championship for their inaugural Girls Flag Football Program. Eight schools competed with the Durham Southern Spartans winning the league.

Last Saturday, Atrium Health Foundation and the Carolina Panthers hosted the 14th Annual Keep Pounding 5K at Bank of America Stadium. Together, they raised more than $126K for cancer research and patient care initiatives at Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute and Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital.

The Carolina Panthers hosted a flag football clinic at Bank of America Stadium for youth in the Police Activities League (PAL). The team partnered with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North America to provide the PAL football teams with a fun filled evening. Panthers Legends Tre Boston and Mike Tolbert were in attendance to support the athletes

As a part of the Carolina Panthers Keep Pounding Tour in Germany, the team visited the United States Army Garrison Bavaria. During the visit, Panthers players, TopCats, and SirPurr lead a football clinic for youth on the base. Additionally, the team hosted a meet and greet for military families. To conclude the day, Panthers players, TopCats, and SirPurr were given the opportunity to spend time with members of our military and learn more about operations on the base.

The Carolina Panthers hosted a flag football clinic at the United States Army Garrison Stuttgart in Germany. Panthers players Sam Franklin and Ikem Ekwonu along with TopCats and SirPurr were in attendance to help teach US military children foundational football skills and drills.

The Carolina Panthers partnered with the Munich Ravens, a football team based in Germany, to host a flag football clinic for local youth in the community. Panthers players Sam Franklin and Ikem Ekwonu were given the opportunity to interact with the kids and help them learn new football skills.

The Carolina Panthers and Eleven Sports Media partnered with Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation to host the first ever Challenger League Jersey Selection Night as the program approaches its 20th season. Athletes participated in a special tunnel run experience on the Bank of America Stadium field and cast their votes on jersey designs for the upcoming season.

The Carolina Panthers hosted the team's annual Nike 11-On at Bank of America Stadium. High school powers Gaffney, Irmo, Providence Day and South Pointe competed in a 7-on-7 passing tournament plus linemen and skill competitions. Panthers Legend Tre Boston, as well as the Panthers rookie class, were on hand for all the action. The spirited tournament concluded with the Providence Day Chargers crowned as this year's Carolina Panthers Nike 11-On event champion.

The Carolina Panthers, in partnership with Bank of America and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, hosted Charlotte East Language Academy, Idlewild Elementary School, and Villa Heights Elementary School to celebrate their success finishing top three in the Sir Purr's Pawsome Readers competition.

The Carolina Panthers hosted the CMS Athletics Girls High School Flag Football Championship Tournament at Bank of America Stadium on May 19^th, 2024. The Palisades Pumas claimed the league championship following an undefeated season.

Bosch and the Panthers volunteered at The Seeds4Change community garden for their annual Keep Pounding Day initiative. Volunteers were involved in urban farm-related activities including landscaping, seed transplanting, weeding, fence repair and painting in order to combat health food shortages in the West Corridor.
